Meet the Manager
Sam M.
Manager
Sam Mahnke, Chief Operations Manager has been working for the company since childhood. While in his early twenties, Sam was promoted to General Manager of the Arvada shop. He then moved on to supervise the design and construction of the new Mahnke shop in Frederick. The doors were opened in Frederick shortly after the 2008 stock market crash. However; under Sam’s management, the beautiful new shop and its outstanding crew, not only survived, but grew and prospered throughout the historic recession.
In, 2014, Sam was promoted to Chief Operations Officer. Mahnke has four locations: Arvada, Brighton, Frederick, and Golden, Colorado. Sam said recently that the strategies and skills which worked well five years ago have changed. In order to stay ahead of the technological curve, Mahnke must continually improve its performance. Therefore, each employee is encouraged to be fully engaged, and to anticipate customers’ needs, while using personal initiative to help every process improve.
