K&H Home Solutions has been an institution in the Denver area for 58 years specializing in innovative, energy efficient window designs.

Founded in 1956 as K&H Construction Company we designed, manufactured, sold and installed storm windows, and quickly became known as the pacesetter in energy efficient products.

In 1995, Ted and Bernie Roland acquired K&H. Ted is President and Bernie is Vice President of Marketing. Our vision for K&H continues to be maintaining K&H’s position in the market place as the industry leader by delivering the best home improvement experience possible before during and after your remodeling project; to be innovative and oriented to providing products that offer advancements in energy conservation which provide essential value for our customers; to be an excellent company to work for, and an outstanding company to work with. We are committed to assuring our customers that they are the primary focus of our business since without them we could not exist.

Meet the Business Owner

Ted, Bernie R.

Business Owner

Ted has been the President of K&H since 1995. He is a 1968 graduate of George Washington High School. He has been involved in and managed a variety of businesses and organizations since graduating from The University of Colorado in Boulder, School of Business in 1975 with a Degree in Accounting as well as minors in Marketing and Finance. His background includes the positons of Deputy Executive Director for The U.S. Parachute Association; 8 years as a C.P.A. in public practice; controller locally for businesses including Siegel Oil Company and Aspen Graphics. He’s also worked in the financial services industry with The Principal Financial Group.

Bernie, (Vice President of Marketing) attended Denver public schools and was a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Business in Boulder. His involvement with K&H began shortly after college, working as a window installer and later in sales. Bernie has worked in the commercial construction industry and real estate development
