Established in 2001.

Van Matre Construction started to help customers have the house they’ve always wanted at an affordable price. Van Matre Construction is one of the few General Contractors in Boulder happy to work on either a time-​and-​materials basis or a gauranteed-​maximum-​price basis.

Business Owner

Brady moved to Boulder to attend CU sixteen years ago. Like lots of CU grads, Brady new a good spot and stayed, making Boulder his permenant home. After graduating and working for various construction companies on the front range, Brady started Van Matre Construction with the guiding principal of putting the customer first.
