Little Caesars Pizza

I would give this establishment 0 stars if possible. Ordered deep dish pizza at 6:56pm. Watched 5 groups of people enter and leave with deep dish pizza. All 5 groups entered after I ordered my pizza. Was told at 7:20 it would be 5 more minutes. Did not receive said pizza until 7:37.

Absolutely horrible! We walked in to a group of people waiting. I asked how long it would take for a deep dish and they said 8 minutes, then j asked how long for a regular pepperoni, same, 8 minutes. As I sat there for almost 45 minutes and people who ordered after me received their order BEFORE me, I complained. You know what they said? That my order number was later than the other people. My ticket said 6:56 and I left at 7:40. Hot and ready my ass. So disappointed. Now waiting on a phone call back from their general manager. I expect to not hear a damn thing and that they will just push me off as an annoying customer. I am normally very patient as I work in customer service but when you serve other people before me and then blame me??? Hell no! I was there before you came back from your break and you claim I came in afterwards. So disappointed. I will never go back. I’d rather starve than be treated like that!
