Our self-​serve frozen yogurt bar is committed to education: you get some, we give some. We serve 16 rotating flavors of frozen yogurt, sorbet, gelato and Italian Ice. Fill your cup with your favorites, then top it off by choosing from dozens of toppings like nuts, cereals, fresh fruit, gummy worms, chocolate candies, and more. Then weigh it, pay, and enjoy. Sit at our open-​air bar; the garage door is up when the weather is nice.

Our difference: Through our Grassroots Tuesdays program, we regularly donate part of the day’s sales to a local school. We’re on a mission to help support schools and their challenging budgets. Spread the word and come join us!

History

Established in 2011.

This is our first location so help spread the word: a great place to hang out and enjoy a refreshing treat with great health benefits, and a business whose mission is to help support local schools.

Business Owner

We created Smart Cow because we knew it would allow us to creatively support local education. Having school-​aged kids, we’ve been very involved in education issues and wanted to do something about the state of education in Colorado. Find a cause you want to support, then find a way to do it.

We love it for our sweet tooth fix; it’s never too crowded so you can take your time browsing and sampling the flavors, it’s clean and always stocked with toppings, and they have school fundraiser nights constantly. Plus, being a teacher, you get 10% off your order each time!

The salted caramel flavor is quite possibly the BEST frozen yogurt flavor I have EVER had (and I’ve been consuming fro yo for quite a long time). I’m super impressed with their flavors here. Please add a peanut butter though, because that would be most awesome. Topping selection was good, although the fruit looked a little weathered. I will most definitely be back for more of the tastiest yogurt in the area.

This place is a great place to go for dessert! They have a great selection of yogurts and toppings! I’d be very surprised if you couldn’t find a flavor or topping you wanted to make your perfect dessert. The place is well kept and I love that they are able to open the front of the store. Its dangerous having this place so close to home. :)

First time here and I loved it ! I definitely tasted the quality of their yogurt compared to other places I have gone and their yogurt being «soupy» and melting right away this yogurt was just right. Their selection of toppings is great! I couldn’t decide what I wanted. The yogurt flavors varied from chocolate to fruity. Will definitely be coming back

What a great self-​serve frozen yogurt shop! They have a wonderful variety of yogurt. It was actually hard to choose what flavors I wanted because there were so many good options. Plus, they have a TON of yummy toppings. This place also sells jelly beans, a variety of hard candy, yogurt by the bucket, and other candies. It has a large lounge area with tables, chairs, and a few couches. Very comfy and fun. Oh, and they donate a portion of sells to the schools. Love it! Would definitely recommend this place.

My boyfriend and I were greeted as soon as we came in the door, and it wasn’t those fake greetings. The employee established a connection with us.
There was also soooo many different flavors, and they were all really good, with a lot of different topping choices. I don’t live near here, so going to this specific froyo place was trying something new for us, but we will definitely be returning here throughout the summer.

Used to love this place. Went in about a week ago, and there was a sign where the sample cups normally were, stating that you had to ask the staff to get a sample cup. It really took away the appeal of going to a froyo place and trying new flavors.

Absolutely love this place! It’s self serve frozen yogurt and they set out sample cups so you can sample every single flavor without feeling guilty about asking the server like at regular ice cream shops! I always mix and match a couple flavors and they always taste great! They have tons of toppings to choose from and you pay by weight. Usually I take a single piece of fruit to kid myself that it’s almost healthy, haha. The staff has always been very friendly. You can register your phone number with them and earn points towards discounts. Another awesome thing is that they donate to local schools. Lastly, I love the colorful chairs outside to sit at on nice days.

Great frozen yogurt shop by me! I love the flavors that they have here! There is also a front open area when the day is really nice, which sets it apart from other places! I really enjoy when they have fruit flavors, especially sorbet style. But if you’re adventurous like me, I always try new flavors, both seasonally and as a frequent customer! Great place after eating for a nice cool dessert!
