I have use this company for a few months, and since the change of management it is just superb, they are always on time and with friendly drivers that know the area very well, I’ll recomend this company for your taxi needs in Ashburn VA.

I do want to share an update that the owner did contact me and it seems that there was a problem with hired help during a period where he was away. He also offered to make things right with me which goes a long way. Sometimes finding good help can be really difficult, but it does affect the quality of the business.
So I’m still not sure what the cab ride itself would be like, but I am going to bump it up a notch, and did want to let everyone know that they are in business.

I don’t know what that review is all about saying about the poor service… I had Sarah and she was fantastic from beginning to end. SUPER prompt, great communication, safe and polite. I used them at christmas and the communication was fantastic– the driver texted me and couldn’t be any friendlier. I’m happy to use them again and happy to let others know about the positive experience. Sometimes only the negative reviews are written about companies– and I’m happy to give them 5 stars!

Horrible.
The driver was awful and had a lot of road rage — making U turns in an intersections, not signaling, tail gating, and even flicking off other drivers. When I called the company the dispatch woman told me she was management and then laughed at me and said «we dont have time for your complaints,» then hung up on me.
