As always a great experience! Jenny is meticulous with threading and waxing. Molly always does a consultation at the beginning of the session and exceeds my expectations with cut/​color. Online scheduling makes the process so easy. I am a happy customer :)

Shakila (and the rest of the staff) are amazing! Best hair color and blowout ever. She really took her time and made sure I was happy. I can understand why so many people go there for blowouts too– every person who left there looked gorgeous. Not to mention that every staff member was very friendly. Excellent price too.

I went here for a haircut about 2 weeks ago. I saw Shakila. She did an amazing job! Seriously best haircut, I’ve probably ever gotten. I go a long time between hair cuts. My last one was about 8 – 9 months ago, so I always have split ends that need to be cut off. Usually, I go get my hair cut and then when I get home, I still see split ends which makes me feel like my haircut was pointless and hence the reason I wait so long between visits. Shakila really took her time and made sure that she got EVERY split end. My hair looks and feels so much healthier. Their prices are super reasonable, so I definitely plan on going back for more frequent trims.

Not really my favorite place. Extra star because everyone is friendly, and my first two trips were great. However my last trip, my hair has streaky orange highlights throughout and it was originally offered to be fixed complimentary. Which is of course the normal response after ruining someone’s hair! After I went back a few days and asked for them to fix it, they took back that request. Now I’m left with streaky hair and on the hunt for a new salon. Also knocked down some stars because of the weird MLM marketing they do throughout the salon. They set up booths one day to try to sell «it Works» products to the customers. What? Isn’t a salon supposed to be a relaxing experience, not a direct sales opportunity? I won’t be coming back at this point, but it is reasonably priced and everyone is somewhat friendly. Now on to find someone who can fix my orange brassy highlights!

I went to Karma Salon and Spa for a Formawell treatment today. Omi and her staff were absolutely amazing and very friendly! They have done an excellent job with my hair. I am going back there for highlights. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Went back yesterday with my mom because she wanted to get her hair color touched up. I contacted Nina Omi via fb and they were very understanding and quick to reply. The person that originally did my moms hair the first time didn’t do a good job so we went back and she got it done by Shakila this time (same person that did MY hair the first time). It turned out amazing and looks soooo much better. My mom left feeling very happy and I also got my eyebrows threaded for $ 12 which turned out good too! Thanks again to everyone at Karma salon for their phenomenal customer service!

Update: been going to Shakila, Junior & Molly for blow-​outs and color! Mad props to them. Strong work!

My hair is frizzy, I went to Karma to receive the Farwell treatment by Omi Iqbal, she was very professional and educated me about the treatment really well before we started, the process was pretty easy and I LOVE the results, my hair is not pin straight like Japanese straightening but it is so soft and shiny. Thank you so much for taking care of my hair, now I know where to go for my hair issues!!!

I really like the atmosphere and ambiance of the salon. I have had my hair cut and dyed and I am happy with the services. The owners are super nice and the whole staff provides excellent service. Their membership packages are a great deal.

You know that old saying, «You never realize what you have until it’s gone?» — I think that phrase is talking about hair, ha! About a year ago, I decided it was time for a change and starting browsing Pinterest boards for a new look. Let me tell you something — those beautiful models and perfectly cut hair will have you thinking you can look just like them! In a bold move, I cut off about 10 inches of my beautiful, long hair (SAD FACE)! The first month of my new shorter hair was refreshing, but I soon came to realize I had made a mistake and wanted to grow back my long locks…
Enter Karma Salon. I made an online appointment, which was super easy, for a hair trim and eyebrow threading. My amazing stylist was Molly =) I sat down and told her how I had been growing out my hair for about a year and have only had one trim since the fateful day I chopped off 10 inches. I really needed to get my dead ends trimmed, and was not looking to take even one inch off. I wanted a «dusting» of my ends, clean up my layers and have everything just look fresh.
She took me back to the wash bowl — shampooed TWICE — and then gave me a very lovely scalp massage while she added the conditioner. After getting back in the chair, I could tell she was being careful and was not taking too much off of my ends. I did not see a lot of hair fall to the floor, so we were off to a great start!
Once she was ready to blow dry, she carefully sectioned my hair and dried each section individually. I even made the comment that other stylist (not at this salon) have always quick dried my hair and only reserved the round brush to a few sections near my face because underneath, my hair was only half-​way dry and left to air dry since I was told «no one can see it anyway!» — WHAT?! I look forward to a blow out at salons and half drying my hair because «no one can see it» is a total rip off! Molly looked stunned that other stylist have taken short cuts to drying my hair — but this is why I came to Karma and was not going back to the other mediocre salons!
After she had carefully dried all of my hair, I was SO HAPPY with the results! The trim, the blow-​out and the style were EXACTLY what I wanted! My hair look healthy on the ends and the little bit of volume and curl she added with the round brush really made my hair look awesome! I will most certainly come back and see Molly! =)
I then moved onto the eyebrow threading with Bella. I have been growing my brows out because I want a fuller, bolder looking brow. It’s been about 5 weeks since I have touched my brows, but wanted to have the shape cleaned up, but still keep the full look I was trying to achieve. I showed Bella a few photos of brows I liked and was saying my journey for fuller brows will still be about 2 – 3 months, and didn’t want to take too much off.
Bella did a fantastic job and she even gave me a fabulous eyebrow massage! All my strays were gone and the shape she left me with is perfect while I continue to grow a bold brow. I will most certainly come back and see her in about 6 weeks =)
Wonderful experience, great ladies, clean salon and BEST prices in Loudoun County! I had a $ 5 off card, so with my hair trim and brows, my total was only $ 45! You seriously can’t beat that price! =) Highly recommend this salon. You won’t be disappointed!

I went in for a facial because I had bought a deal online. The staff was very friendly but it was the worst facial I have ever received. For an hour all she did was apply drugstore brand soap on my face, wash it off, and do it again. There was nothing done based on my skin type or what my areas of concern were. I could have easily done that at home and saved myself the time and money.

What an awesome experience. I have never tried threading before, but I read the great reviews and figures I would give it a try. I was greeted warmly when I walked in and was immediately taken to the chair. The space is well designed and really cute. Bella did my threading. She did amazing. She was quick and I have to say my eyebrows have never looked so fabulous. I will definitely be back soon!

I needed a haircut so badly, the last time I had a haircut was around November 2014. I scheduled an appointment online with Roxana for that day! I arrived at my scheduled time and was greeted by Omirah (sp?). She was so sweet and made conversation with me while I waited. Roxana was finishing up with another client and I was offered complimentary threading for my eyebrows! Yes, please! It’s been a while since I had my eyebrows done too. I was so impressed with everyone in the salon, very polite and happy. Roxana did a wonderful job cutting and styling my hair. She asked me if I was ok with the length before she cut it. I scheduled another appointment to have my hair dyed and can’t wait to see the finished results!!!

After my eyebrows have been through different threaders with mediocre and at time, disastrous, result… I decided to give Karma and Bella a try. I have not received more compliments about my brows, they are natural and have a nice arch but nothing overwhelming… her hand for threading makes eyes pop out. My 16 year old boy had a facial (mild acne and his first) with Jenny and she recommended a condensed short 30 hour facial. His confidence was greatly improved and his skin was glowing immediately, and it was a great place for a teen boy and how she treated him in such a sweet manner which he was comfortable. He’s asking for his next facial, jajaja.

I’ve been an avid follower of Omi’s salons since day 1! If she’s part of the brand, you know you will get quality service! The salon has a very soothing and calming ambience, but is not uppity like most places! It’s a fun, relaxing place to be.
I got my hair colored for the first time, balyage style, and the staff there was very knowledge and accommodating. I showed them a picture of what I was going for and they did an amazing job! I had my hair cut previously and the color that they did brought the cut out as well! I’ve NEVER gotten so many compliments on my hair before! I worked with both Pakiza and Roxana and they were equally excellent.
One more thing I HAVE to add is about the hair washing chairs. I have never sat in a more comfortable chair! I was there for probably half an hour and not once did my neck hurt! Usually thinking about getting my hair washed is similar to thinking about going to the dentist, it makes me cringe. But, no more! They have thought of everything to make even that process seamless and comforting! Don’t hesitate to make your next appointment at Karma Salon and Spa, you won’t regret it!

Had an overall great experience, staff was very attentive and friendly! Tried this salon to get a blow dry and some waxing done. Walked into a very classy environment with a warm and welcoming staff. Waxing was quick and thorough. I loved my blow dry which included a shampoo/​wash. My blow dry lasted for about 4 days! And the prices are great considering the salon treatment you are receiving! A must try!

I’m the type that doesn’t let anyone touch my hair bc it’s my baby. Neena, one of the owners, was super sweet and patient and it showed bc they did such a GREAT job from the moment I got there to when I was finished, the experience was great. Everyone was super friendly, got my eyebrows threaded from Bella and she was on point! i have to admit they didn’t try to upsell me like the other salons usually do and I ended signing up for their monthly package, it’s actually cheaper this way to maintain my hair, HA!
