I highly recommend Azar for your skincare needs. I’ve been seeing her for almost 3 years and she helps me select the services and products that are best for me and my current skin concerns /needs. I’ve had several facials and 3 chemical peels with her and look forward to the next… she’s great about teaching me how to better take care of my skin. The VISIA machine that they have is a great tool for skin analysis and neat to see the improvement in my skin over time. I started using Lattise to help grown and enhance my eyelashes — after about 2 weeks I started seeing a difference and now it’s become part of my nightly routine. Very pleased with the results! Azar does my eyebrow threading too and Ive never been more pleased with the shaping results. I’ll never wax my eyebrows again!!! While I haven’t personally had botox or fillers done at the SPA, my mother in law and sister in law both love Danielle, the PA who performs the injectables. They make their appointments on Thursday for special pricing. They always look 10 years younger after seeing her. Never had a massage there… thats next on my list!

Love this place. Especially nice is the sauna and steam shower to use before or after a massage! Great not having to walk out greasy and the staff is very courteous.

Best Facial/Massage Ever! I had a couple of things done there but hands down the facial massage was a total winner! Also they need to do something about this bath situation.(the oils I use at home are awesome which is why I not slamming them for this).but you can’t have a spa without a Bath. Definition of Spa. .A resort providing therapeutic baths… A resort area having mineral springs. A tub for relaxation or invigoration, usually including a device for raising whirlpools in the water…(notice the trend?) Either way the facial and my Swedish massage=awesome! Thanks again will be back. Also they have great supplements.

Totally disappointing massage and facility. For the price I paid I expected a more seasoned massage therapist. The gal that did my massage was very mechanical and did not seem to know how to flow from one stroke or body part to another. She never asked me where my trouble spots were and she used so much oil I could have slipped out under the door. The facility was very cold and clinical. The massage room I was taken to was cold and I could hear the traffic outside the window and doors slamming out in the hallway. Other employees were talking very loud in the hallway. When my massage was done the massage girl told me I could go relax in the waiting room. When she opened the door there were ten other customers sitting around the room! Um hello, I’m not going to sit in a robe with a bunch of strangers and try to relax! Awkward! Front desk staff never bothered to show me around the facility so I had no idea where anything was(towels, robes, water) Total fail will never recommend this place to anyone nor will I ever go back.

First of all I was asked to arrive 15 minutes before a 11:30 appointment. I get there and it is clear they lost my reservation. They leave me in the waiting room until almost noon. Everyone was very nice but my time is important too. What I really disliked was the dressing room being out almost in the reception area and once you return to the waiting room it is coed. Angelina seemed very concerned about what I wanted but I had to ask myself what credentials she had. Again in leaving I go through the waiting room, my face looking like I had been beat up due to a deep pore cleansing facial and there are two guys sitting. I am actually pretty easy to please but want a more private experience.

I went for my monthly massage last weekend and found that they have updated their tip policy again… NOTIPSACCEPTED! Apparently it was a test, and they decided not to make it permanent.

Camille, the new massage person was wonderful. She was friendly, and gave a great massage. It was my first time there and had won a massage at an event. I am a spa hound, so I’m picky. The atmosphere was luxurious. I wish I had more time. I belong to Massage Envy — which is great for just the massage) but this provides the pampering part. I did not know they had all that(but it was explained on my tour). Perhaps as SOP they should mention it to first timers– that you can use the steam, the vishy shower etc. I was provided a robe and slippers. Even through I didn’t have a change or toiletries, I tried it anyway. The quiet room was light and airy. They brought everything to me — paperwork, water etc. I didn’t have to stand around the front desk filling it out, but sat in the lounge. The questionnaire was throughout and Camille read it and asked questions. Even tho I marked off all the aesthetic things I did(or needed) they did not try to sell me. The spa was stocked with a great variety of product and will return to purchase another time. It was very interesting that they do not except tips which I liked. The price is on the higher side, so not having another 20% makes it affordable when I want that pampering. I will be back!

I have had nothing but bad experiences here and I’ve heard multiple accounts of others having similar experiences. One would probably wonder why, if I’ve had so many poor experiences, that I have visited the spa on 3 or 4 occasions. It’s simple — I’ve had family give me gift certificates and I’d feel bad not using them. I’m not quite sure where to even begin… The spa manager, who I believe is named Pam, but don’t quote me on that, ‘helped’ me the few times I’ve visited the spa. I always got the sense she was a lost puppy who had no idea what was going on. I’ve gone in with coupons, yet she would know nothing about the coupon and hassled me when I tried using it. Whenever I asked a question about a procedure, I got the sense she was making things up to sound ‘intelligent’ and I found myself more confused than prior to asking the question. She was also quite rude to me on more than one occasion, especially when checking out. Her pathetic attempts at upselling me on lotions and creams and who knows what else were extremely annoying and I could see how this place would lose a lot of money based on those actions alone. It’s one thing to attempt to upsell someone on a product. But when you tell the manager you aren’t interested in anything they have to offer and just want to pay, stop and let me pay. Pam, the manager, would ramble on for at least another 10 mins to the point I wanted to punch her in her face. Doesn’t exactly promote a relaxing experience. The facility itself is a little worn down. The men’s shower has a heat boosting function that has never worked the three or four times I’ve tried it. The towels are very rough and the sandals are gooey. They put you in a waiting room called the ‘tranquility’ room before your massage, but I’ve never found it very relaxing. There is an asian-style paper screen that covers the window, but it is always closed so you can’t see the fountains and pond outside — strange. The screen is also torn in a few places. They offer teas and water and they tell you to relax in there, but it feels more like a busy doctor’s waiting room. The employees are always zipping in and out with no regard to tranquility. The last time I was there, a disgruntled employee held the door open while yelling at another coworker about how they ‘can’t stand how dumb Pam is’. Highly unprofessional(but I tend to agree with their point and had to chuckle). The massage tables are DISGUSTING. Nobody wants to go into a small, dark room to get a massage only to see greasy sheets with oil stains all over them. I asked for clean sheets and they said these are clean, yet when I touched them it was like touching a buttered piece of bread and my hand was full of grease. How is anyone supposed to relax on that and how could that possibly be sanatary? I’m positive that violates some sort of health law. I could go on about a few more points, but this review is becoming quite long and I think you get the point by now. I highly recommend you STAYAWAY from this practice, but if you do go, pray the manager Pam is not working and that they’ve washed your sheets. I’d give is 0 stars if I could.

I sign up for and love how I can get services from here for $ 50 instead of $ 90+. I got a body polish scrub with tangerine scrub that made my skin glow! They do this twice a year and I always sign up when the price is half it’s cost! Love it!
