Pretty great store. Driving/​parking in this area is horrendous, though. This store has jewelry (plus), accessories, and home goods. The prices on the home goods are expensive, but the jewelry and accessories (like socks), clothing and food is fair. Longer lines, but kind employees.

Bought a fan here, went home to plug it in and it was broken.
When I took it back to return or exchange without my receipt, the manager told me they wouldn’t take it back without the receipt– are you kidding me?! Horrible customer service, unreasonable managers not even willing to work with me after having drive all the way back out from Mars Hill.
Do yourself a favor and go right up the street to Ross for better service and products!
Never coming back.

This is by far the best TJ Maxx I’ve been to. So much to look at! Great place to find home décor. Of course it has the usual TJ Maxx stuff: clothing, jewelry, shoes but the impressive selection of home décor has got me like wow! Place is clean. The service could use some help. A few of the ladies seemed stressed and didn’t handle it well. A lot of shouting orders and miscommunication. Regardless though i like this TJ Maxx and will likely stop by if I’m in the area again
