If I could give no stars I would.
I made an appointment for between 3 – 4 PM. I took the day off of work and waited. I confirmed the appointment in the morning and was told they would be here. I called at 3:50 to get an ETA of their arrival and was told that they were at a job located 30 minutes away and i was the next appointment. I called again at 4:45 for another ETA and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I called back immediately after being on hold – they never picked back up – and the phone number was no longer in service. Needless to say, they never showed and I never heard from them again.
DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE.
This review is for Joey’s Plumbing, but several businesses on Unilocal have similar phone numbers to Joey’s (different by 1 or 2 numbers). Strangely enough, all those numbers were also out of service when this happened. It’s safe to say they are all connected to the same phone line. I will repost this on those other business pages as well.
