At Astoria Internet we provide an office away from your office. Quality computers that are maintained on a daily basis with all the essential programs you may need in an office environment. We provide printing in color and B&W (in bulk if necessary), scanning documents and pictures, faxing domestic documents as well as international, lamination of important documents and soon to be the most convenient UPS shipping center.

Interested in repairing your computer? We do that too. You can drop off your computer on your way to work, and pick it up on your way back home to cut down any downtime.

We’re located directly in the Ditmars Train station for your convenience.

History

Established in 2000.

Astoria internet has undergone several extensive changes since its inception in the early 2000’s. As an veteran employee and now current owner of Astoria Internet, I’ve been able to create an atmosphere that is comfortable and professional to its customers. While we’re the best internet café around, computer repairs have turned into a significant portion of what we do here as well as custom printing jobs. now in my 3rd year owning this business I expect to include much more services than we’ve ever offered before.

I’m a 27 year old Astoria resident who was offered an opportunity to own my own business, make my own rules and find out what works.

My focus in college centered (ironically) around ancient history and Mediterranean archaeology as well as Middle Eastern Politics. I’ve since fine tuned my skills working within the computer repair business and have been able to provide my clients with some of the cheapest rates as well as confidence in their repairs.

Peter at Astoria Internet is great — he’s really helpful, not just with the work he does, but with the advice and service too. In fact, everyone else who works here is pretty on-​the-​ball as well, so I’m really thankful to have these guys in my neighbourhood — they’ve come through for me on a number of occasions and their pricing is fair and reasonable too.

Came here to get a magazine spread printed out for class. Customer service was EXCELLENT — Peter was overall just great to deal with, very knowledgeable and helped me lay out my pages properly for the printing process. He even helped me cut them up. There were some technical issues which made the process a little slow but I wasn’t in a hurry, and they’re cool to chat with as you wait. The quality of the printouts was top-​notch, plus their prices just can’t be beat! I only had to pay $ 7.50 for a full-​color 21-​page spread. Definitely my new go-​to place for printing! So glad I found this hidden gem in Astoria. Highly recommended!

I’ve lived in Astoria for years, and just recently was told by a friend, ‘go to Astoria Internet,’ when I needed to print out a large number of programs for a show. I walked in on Saturday afternoon, and the place was full, but so zen it was almost funny. The owner, Peter, was so incredibly helpful, and nice. He sat down with me and looked at what needed to be done: four page, double-​sided program, all in separate documents in my email.
He not only figured it out pronto, he also created a condensed version in Adobe on HIS computer, so if I ever needed more, they’d be ready to go. It was above and beyond standard customer service.
He cared about the quality of the printing as well, and I appreciated it. Not only WOULD I go back there, I DID– later that night when we needed more. His assistant was a sweet kid who called his boss at 10:30pm to make sure he was doing it right, and his boss picked up the phone– on a Saturday night.
I recommend this place to EVERYBODY in the Astoria Ditmars area; I am so happy with the work they did, and my experience with them. In fact, I’m headed there tonight to do some more printing work.
They’re awesome.

My laptop charger broke and I couldn’t get a charger until the next day, and I had to print about 15 copies of my resume. I ended up coming here and was very pleased. The staff is really cool. I mentioned that my charger broke and asked them where I could get a replacement, and they discouraged me from buying one at an unreasonably high price at the nearby retail store. It hand’t occurred to me that I could purchase one from eBay or Amazon for much cheaper with almost the same reliability. Point being, they were super helpful and looking out for my wallet. The chairs were comfortable, and it’s a really great place to get work done in. It’s quiet, clean, and has a really calm vibe. The prints were super cheap and they turned out great. I have yet to have any issues with my laptop, but if I ever do, I’m coming here to get recommendations or to get it fixed.

I love this place. For $ 2 flat you can get online for 15 minutes and print 4 pages, way better than Staples or UPS. They also have a scanner if you need to send documents back to another party. Its location is very convenient, right next to the Astoria-​Ditmars N/​Q train stop. Staff is helpful and friendly.

As far as Internet cafes go in America, this place nails it. Helpful, accessible, and a mix of tech geek vibe that lets you know you’re in the right place if you need computer support.
I believe the owner is Peter. He has the can-​do attitude that is common among successful business owners.
He helped me out majorly with my laptops on several occasions while I was getting settled into the neighborhood.
That was two years ago, and I still remember the helpfulness and quality of this place.

Whenever I have a computer issue I go to this place. Peter is always there to help and answer any questions I may have. A big fan of this place and it is conveniently located right by the Ditmars train stop. The prices for using the computers and printing are also very reasonable.

I used this place recently to get a replacement screen for my laptop, as my old screen got broken when my cats walked on top of my slightly-​ajar laptop cover when I had stepped out of the room.
Net, net, Astoria Internet did what I needed (replaced the screen), and on top of that, Peter figured out how to fix a problem I’d had going back 6 years, where I could no longer use Outlook to send emaiils.
I think it took almost three weeks for them to simply get the new part and replace my laptop screen, and I was told that it was due to a number of snafus with delivery by the Post Office. And Peter was good enough to take 1⁄3 off the total price because of that.
However I can still only give them 4 stars out of 5 as they were not very pro-​active in communicating the delays to me in the first place. I had to repeatedly pick up the phone and call them to find out the status of my new laptop screen. It would have been better if, instead of remaining silent, they had the impetus to pick up the phone themselves and call me, each time they realized that the new laptop screen on order was yet again delayed in arriving to their office.

iF you need to repair your computer come here and trust Peter with getting the job done!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Peter is awesome!!! AWESOME!!! He is efficient, computer savy, honest, and just plain awesome! When doing computer repairs I find it is easy for companies to over charge you, scam you, and add costs on. Peter is such an honest guy and has affordable prices! He is not there to rip you off like many places in queens try to do when doing computer repairs. I have some computer knowledge and I could tell that Peter is the real deal. He is sincere and has integrity. Those are good qualities for any employee to have! I’m a student and didn’t have too much money to spend. He gave me a great affordable price that fixed the problem the first time around and then he hooked me up with a little extra;) thank you Peter!!!

Peter is THE MAN. He and his staff have helped me on countless occasions .
As a virtual computer illiterate, he and his staff have taught me basic computer skills that have made this old dog fairly functional.
When my computer, or Iphone, for that matter, acted up, Peter and his staff were there to minister to my poor babies.
The place is clean, well lit, and has actually expanded next door to handle the neighborhood’s needs.

Cheaper and higher quality than Staples. I love great local businesses that remind you why local is always better. 20 mins and 7 quality prints made me only short $ 5.60. Cute and clean internet café with snacks in the front. What more can you ask for?! Also, if you ask they can cut your prints for you. No complaints here!

I had to fax a few items the other week. The space is small and kept very clean. Astoria Internet is tucked away as you exit the subway station at Ditmars.
The owner was very helpful and made sure my fax went through. He also mentioned that they do computer repairs. I would definitely come back for faxing since the location is also very convenient.

I have been there several times. First, my computer got a virus, then I had problems with my videocard and then I got problems with my RAM. In each case, Peter helped me very well and now my computer works perfectly. For any problem just need to go there. It’s fast and cheap.

Quick, cheap, easy, and accessible internet café for those who need a quick print/​scan job or for those who have a few hours to burn to play Team Fortress II (or League of Legends).
