Just finished my first service here and have to say was the best oil change I’ve had in years. Great customer service, no high pressure sales, just got me what I needed in a timely manner. Well worth the little extra drive and a couple extra dollars.

I’m new to the area so I was apprehensive about trying a new place to get my oil changed. All of the positive reviews ring true. I came 30 min before close. They were extremely personable, were very upfront about the charges. While changing my oil, they checked over everything and brought in my engine filter, along with a new one and asked me if I wanted to replace it. So helpful! They also checked my transmission, added air to my tires and asked how my windshield wipers were. They are very straightforward, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place!

Everyone we’ve worked with has been friendly (in a non-​salesman type way). We haven’t waited more than 30 minutes total during any trip. Their prices are reasonable. There is an awesome waiting area with Ms. Pac Man, soda pop, vending machine, coffee and tea (way more than you’d expect). There is a computer and free wifi.

Amazed by the refreshing atmosphere of this auto service station! Not only did the gentlemen offer high quality oil change service, but they also took excellent care to take care of me as a customer. Being an out of town guest traveling through Astoria in dire need of an oil change while on vacation, Fast Lube could have taken advantage of me by charging outlandish prices or offering many unnecessary «ad-​ons» like filters, etc… They did only what we asked, cleaned our windows, and offered us free drinks, arcade games, and book trading while we waited. Thank you, Fast Lube, for being a bright spot in our summer 2014 road trip! I highly recommend this business!

Bummer, I have to get my oil changed on my birthday during a road trip. Lucky I found this place. They have wifi and a computer just in case you didn’t bring yours. Free arcade games, coffee, and books (with exchange). My car needed a little extra work, and the candid suggestion on needed parts was welcome.
Happy stop, great experience. If I were a local, they would have added a loyal customer.

We took both cars here over the course of several years. We drove back and forth from Seattle a lot, so the cars were in pretty regularly. Never had a problem. The prices are reasonable, the service is fast and friendly, the waiting area is clean and has coffee for me and toys for my toddler. They are not as pushy about upselling stuff as Jiffy Lube.

Can’t recommend these guys enough. A few months ago they checked my oil and told me to come back in 1500 miles as I didn’t need an oil change.
When I went there they were quick efficient and didn’t push unneeded product. When I am feeling too lazy to change my oil they are my go to place.

I needed an oil change while in Astoria so I looked online for where other folks have had good experiences. Fast Lube had some positive reviews a hotel front desk rep referred them so I gave them a try. When they say Fast they mean Fast. They’re first-​come-​first-​served and I arrived at a perfect time to get right in. They did my oil change and inspection, came to tell me what they found, and replaced my air filter all before I had a chance to finish 1 muffin and a cup of coffee. Whoa! Seriously, was I even there 15 minutes? The waiting room is clean, there’s plenty of seating, they offer sodas and an espresso bar, prices are fair, and the service is friendly. And FAST. If you’re farther southeast, the owner also has a location in Scappoose.
