Charlie has been my landlord since 2005. Charlie and his team are wonderful and very helpful. Any problems in the apartment, they are taken care of immediately. If looking to rent in the Astoria area contact Kally reality. They won’t let you down!

Although I ended up not finding an apartment with Kally Realty, I have to say JOSEPHINE POMIES helped me immensely and was a wonderful agent. The day after stopping into the office I saw a wonderful studio apt in a well-maintained apartment building off the Broadway stop in prime Astoria. She was very good in contacting me about apartments the minute they got on the market even though I gave myself about a month to move.

Charles Kally is the man behind Kally Realty. I found my current apt through Charlie by using Craigslist. Unlike a lot of agents, he doesn’t charge app fee, finders fee or any other hidden fees. Charges are 1^st month and sec deposit equal to 1 month’s rent.
He has a team of maintenance and construction workers that are readily available to fix any problem that occurs. He even had one of his guys come over mount my table to the wall. I also locked myself out one afternoon and he drove over in 5 min and open my door. He’s the greatest landlord I’ve ever had. Hard to find in this city.
Properties are all over Astoria, well taken care of and decent rent prices.
