We worked with Shannon to find some chairs, We had very specific needs. She went beyond good customer service. She worked with our needs, called other stores to find chairs for us. She even dissuaded us from buying some we were contemplating.
They do not work on commission, and she went all out to find us the perfect chairs.
I have not had the pleasure of such great customer service in a very long time.

We have furnished our 100 year old home at least twice. The first time this store was named Hunts Home Furnishings. The second time the name was changed to Roby’s. We keep going back because of the people who work there and the superior service we get every time regardless of the name on the sign outside. There have been a lot of changes in the home furnishing business over the years but the one thing we value most hasn’t changed at this store. You get a good price on superior quality and a salesperson who knows what they are talking about. They don’t try to switch you to something else if they don’t have what you want right away. Instead they take all the time you need to order exactly what you want in the fabric you prefer. Delivery is as promised, many times earlier than promised. There are no hidden charges, no nasty surprises. If something isn’t right they address the problem immediately. That’s only happened once. This place is a plus for Astoria and the staff get my highest rating.
