Manager

Marc is the manager of Wingstop Astoria. He has many years of experience managing and leading operations. His specialty is information technology, marketing, and customer service. Elizabeth, his assistant, helps prioritize and organize while maximizing efficiency and productivity. There is finally a new standard and we are always improving. We strongly encourage everyone to give us a second chance. If you ever have a poor experience at our restaurant or are unpleased with the quality of your food, ask for Marc or Elizabeth and they will always be pleased to help.

Placed an order for pick-​up and it wasn’t ready when I got there.
The blue cheese is spoiled and smells funny.
The fries are soggy and beyond overcooked.

First time trying wing stop. The food was pretty good and delivery time not bad but the order was completely wrong.
Got on the bone wings when ordered boneless.
Got seasoned fries when ordered no seasoning.
And they claim the combo comes with «20 ounce drinks» but then give you 12 ounce sodas.
It’s not cheap food so they should put a little more effort in getting the order correct. Especially when you order online and everything is literally written out for them. Very disappointed

This place is hit or miss (mostly miss). The first time I ordered it was fine and good, but every time since it’s been worse and worse. The last couple times I ordered from here it’s taken over an hour for delivery, and the wings themselves were cold, dry and tough with hardly any flavor. Honestly I want this place to be good but it just keeps disappointing. Pretty sure it’s time to find a new spot for wings.

Worst customer service ever. This place has sent incorrect orders EVERY SINGLE TIME over the past 2 years that I’ve ordered delivery. They also take 60−80minutes to deliver every order.
Don’t order here. Don’t eat here. Spare yourself the trouble of calling and having them correct orders and then add another hour to your food wait time.

Do you want to actually receive your order? If so don’t order from here. Average wait time is well over an hour. The last time I took a chance and ordered from them their phone was not working (I ordered online) and I couldn’t reach them to see what happened to my order after an hour long wait. They then showed up 3 HOURS after I ordered and expected me to take the delivery and pay for it. I wanted to slap the delivery person. Never again.

Great wings are worth the wait. The wings that you’ll get at Wingstop are, unfortunately, not in this category. The wait, however, is legendary.
At least they’ve got that really cool soda machine going for them, right? Did I mention that it’s regularly sold out of most of the coolest flavors?
Can’t knock that bitchin’ sound system, though. Loudest in the city. Uneasy listening while you sit and watch everyone that came in after you get their food before yours is ready.
The wings aren’t terrible, maybe a step above your standard dive bar fare. The fries are a bigger draw, but not enough to make it worth the trouble.
I wanted very much for a worthy wing spot in walking distance, but this wasn’t it. Do yourself a favor and make the trek to a Buffalo Wild Wings near you. You’ll be glad you did.

I have ordered wing stop three times recently and every time they have messed up our order. They have missed half the order, sent the wrong order or forgotten things. The whole point of ordering online is that it is right in front of you. There is no reason for them to continuously get our order wrong. They said they would send the right order and now it is midnight and we are still missing half our order. We spent a lot of money for overpriced wings and got horrible service. Also, they changed their menu and it is now confusing to find what you want.
Wing Stop just lost three very loyal customers.

The wait time is astronomically long. 20 mins for fried wings and some fries is unheard of, especially when there’s only one other person here. The wings were decent but fries were over seasoned. Probably not coming back around here anytime soon.

Love this place! I recently relocated to the city for work. WingStop restaurants are located all over the Southern part of the U.S. This place offers delicious wings at a great price. I highly recommend the Lemon Pepper or Louisiana Rub bone-​in wings. You can get a side of lemon sauce to dip your fries.

As an avid wing consumer, this place has always been my jam.
I insisted my plus one (who had never had it) and I order Wing Stop on a Wednesday night. And boy, did this location make me out to be a big fat liar!
This place is the epitome of awful. And that my friends, is most certainly an understatement.
Ordered 16 wings, 1 reg order fries at 7:36pm.
Order arrived at 9:07pm.
This place is no more than a mile from where I live.
That ridiculously unacceptable delivery time was even after 2 phone calls questioning the drivers location. At 8:39pm I was assured, «he is on your street now!»
Pffffft!!! Please.
You know where this is going. Everything was COLD. SAD. SOGGY. UNAPOLOGETIC.
No more G-​rated words. Just don’t even bother.

Damned solid wing option! Tried the Louisiana Rub, Cajun, and Garlic Parm. Fried well, crispy outside, moist inside, good size, meaty, flavorful, not overly rubbed/​sauced. Decent portion for blue cheese and ranch (though the blue cheese could be much chunkier).
The fries are fresh cut, huge portion, and slammin’! And they package them in a way that helps keep some of the crisp when delivered/​
My only big qualm is charging $ 3.59 for large «hot cheese sauce», when all they do is pour some Cheese Whiz in four different small containers. Dudes.
Still, solid, and they will get my business next time I have the hankerin’ for some wangs!

Not up to Wingstop standards.
Let me start this review by pointing out the fact that I’m a huge Wingstop fan. I even wrote a 5 star review for a different location a couple months ago. However, at this location the product is simply not up to par.
Let’s start with the wings. I got the lemon pepper and Louisiana rub, they put way too much seasoning on the wings. They were too salty and just hard to eat. The french fries were limp and I didn’t taste any of the delicious seasoning that’s supposed to be on Wingstop fries.
Wingstop is my absolute favorite chain but they have failed in brining their product to NY. I’ve had Wingstop in Cali, AZ, and Miami and the experience has been consistent. But as soon as I visit the NY location I’m served a substandard product. This location needs to be brought up to company standard or closed down because right now it’s damaging the brand.

I usually come here whenever I am craving for some real kick-​ass hot and spicy chicken wings.
The wings are always crispy and freshly cooked.
Cold bottles of beer are available to wash it down.
If you are within the vicinity, call and order first since making wings takes about 15 minutes.
The restaurant is clean and spacious and is good for some lunch out with colleagues or friends.
It’s a self service joint so there’s very little interaction with staff.
