Hobby Shop

Terrible Experience!!!
I would not recommend this place to ANYBODY.
I brought my car to the Hobby Shop because the lady that backed into me recommended this place, come to find out it’s because it’s cheap– not because they are the best.
She paid for it in advance, so clearly the body shop wasn’t in any hurry because they have already been paid. Armando said that it would only take him 2 days! So I made an appointment and took it in. 4 days later I called to see if I could come pick it and it was still not done. He said that he waited too long for me and so he got another job. I find that very interesting because I showed up at exactly my scheduled appointment time and at that time he told me it would only take him 2 days… Hmmm, when did this magical other job appear?
So he said that he would start on it that day (so my car sat in his garage for 4 days without it being touched) and it would only take him 2 more days.
Today is the 8^th day that he has had my car. I called him to make sure I could come pick it up today because he said it was done yesterday, and he said not until 4:30 or 5 because he was going to do something else to it now. Well, I work until 6… And he told me he wasn’t just going to sit around and wait for me! Ha. Him wait for me?
This place is a joke. It may be cheap but there’s a reason.
PS– They never called me one time, the only reason I knew that it wasn’t done, or it would take 6 days longer was because I called them. They don’t care about their customers and it’s very clear.

I just picked up my car from Armando, looks like new. He repainted the hood and the front bumper. Amazing! I highly recommend him. Great job and great price, Thank you!

Armando is fair and meticulous! My van door is like new and I do not want the kids to eat in it ever again because of the detailing he had done too!
