Specialties
The Last Stage West BBQ is founded upon the principal of great hospitality, food and music. This «Music Venue of Dreams» attracts very talented artists from all over the USA and many countries around the world. Barbecue is the mainstay of our menu so we seek out the best available food items and prepare ample portions for you served in a family style atmosphere. The Ribs and Tri-tip are smoked and slow cooked to preserve flavor, moisture and nutrition. An old west theme promotes the laid back atmosphere with extensive gardens and water features adding to the peaceful nature of our country setting. We offer a truly intimate experience for both the patrons and artists. Those things in life that we take for granted are not always available to those that are less fortunate. The Last Stage West is dedicated to promote charitable events often during the year. Your support is appreciated.
History
Established in 2011.
Opened as the Halfway Station by the Carroll Family, they served gas and groceries to the community for many years. In the 1980’s, Richard and Angie LeFevbre started the roadside café. It was during that time the music and fun started to happen regularly. Renamed as Last Stage West in 1995 by Bob and Carmon Brittain. For a decade, the Brittain’s built a tradition of hospitality, good food and entertainment. In January of 2005 the old building was burned to the ground by fire. Tom Passon rebuilt from the ground up and the new The Last Stage West continues to draw customers and a variety of talented musicians worldwide, while serving up heaping helpings of fun, food and hospitality.
