Worst Papa Johns ever! Just don’t. Don’t even. Seriously. They suck. So just to summarize my feelings… They suck. They suck more than a high school girl with low self esteem. My fiancé told me to add that one which makes the statement not sexist or weird. So if you are looking for pizza on the east side try Johnny’s or head down the road a little ways to Peppinos. Just do not even try to get a pizza from this Papa Johns. They do not make Papa John Schneider proud.

I’ve never ordered pizza from anywhere but papa johns. I love their pizza! But after today I will never order from a papa johns ever again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION ON TUESDAYS! They cannot accommodate the crowd that comes with the $ 5 pizza offer and they shouldn’t offer $ 5 pizza at this location. Tonight I ordered at 4:30 went to pick up my pizza at 6 and left at 6:40 with no pizza. And the employees were in utter chaos. There was no system. It was the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen. It’s not worth the $ 5 you save to spend 2 hours of your time waiting on pizza. I hope this location can find a better system because I have a feeling after tonight they’ve lost a lot of customers, including myself. Goodbye papa johns, hello pizza hut!

If you’re going to offer large pizza’s for $ 4.99 every Tuesday, it would be good to be sure you can handle the deliveries first. And maybe answer the phone. We got an outgoing voicemail 4 times before finally getting an answer. Business was so «good» they were using a cell phone to help with the additional orders. 90 minutes and no pizza. At least there was no credit card taken — they don’t that for Tuesday specials. Wanna know why? Because they can’t be sure they will deliver them. What is the point of this??? Management, reach out to this customer and clarify, of we will not call you again.
