Satisfactory specializes in custom printed apparel. We have an in-house design team that works closely with our clients to create the perfect design. History

Established in 2004.

Once upon a time, Nick Cervini graduated from UGA and started printing shirts for his friends’ bands in the basement of the fabulous 40 Watt Club in Athens, GA. He eventually graduated to the Chase Park warehouses and bought a giant pneumatic press. It looks like a mechanical spider. Then he got some dough and settled Satisfactory into a building on Broad St.

Satisfactory is now a not-so-petite screenprinting & design warehouse in Athens, GA. Six people work here. We keep our press running all dang day! We design and print shirts for all ya’ll; musicians, festivals, charities, schools, sports teams, frats & sororities, family reunions, churches, missions, plumbers, landscapers, restaurants, bars, farmers, recreational facilities, moms, dads, gramps and pups.

The customer service at Satisfactory is just amazing. They worked with me and gave me time, and were in constant contact to see if they could help in any way. They discussed different possibilities of what designs would work best with what I wanted. Prices were reasonable and the turnaround was very quick. I’ve worked in retail all my life and as a consumer I expect a certain level of customer service, especially when a product does not meet certain expectations. Today I tried to contact the company and express my concerns in hopes that they would help rectify the issue. Instead, I have been yelled at, verbally abused, insulted and hung up on by a LOCAL ATHENS BUSINESS. I commissioned them to print 24 beach towels for my wedding. I asked for reasonably priced and quick because my wedding was in 3 weeks, I asked Justin K. for help in the selection process. He gave me dimensions and prices and told me they were decent quality. Once i picked them up and took them home they were extremely thin, see through and falling apart. Basically they were oversize dish rags. I called them to tell them my dissatisfaction. Justin was completely combative, yelling at me telling me that it was all my fault, that I chose them and that I got what I paid for and that he pretty much did me a favor by making the towels. I’m not familiar with the materials they use, so how was I to know what I was getting? I offered a solution to reprint the towels that i would buy elsewhere and reprint for free and he laughed at the idea. Though they gave me terrible quality item they would fix it by charging me to reprint per towel plus a service fee. at the end he screamed something quickly and hung up the phone. I called back to find out what was said and someone else picked up. I asked for Justin again because we were disconnected. The guy tells me «Oh you weren’t disconnected, you were hung up on. Justin isn’t here, he left after he hung up on you.» I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I was really excited to work with them… I will never give them my business and I suggest you don’t either.

I have lots of shirts I’ve bought over the years that were made by the Satisfactory crew, but it was only in the last month or so that I made a big bulk order for my own business. Nick worked with me patiently as I changed my mind about various designs, T-shirt colors, and brands. He sent me proofs well before the deadlines I’d asked for and had the tees ready for me to pick up right when I needed them. I recently injured my back, so he even went so far as to load them into the car for me.
A professional, organized, and – needless to say – talented crew will help you out at Satisfactory. We will definitely order from them again!
