On May 29th my aging A/​C system stopped blowing cold air. I called first thing next morning, and Kenneth White was able to come out within hours. I’m always interested in seeing how household repairs are made, but Kenneth was the first professional who seemed to take pride and pleasure in explaining all the details of his work as he was doing it. Thankfully I didn’t need a new system just yet. Kenneth identified the broken contactor and replaced it. Soon the A/​C was soon blowing cold air again, and I was blown away with the level of service and very satisfied with the price. It’s now July 17th, and my A/​C has been running strong through this very hot summer. A & K is really out to help people in a jam… not take advantage of them like some businesses. I know who I’ll be calling to replace my system when it does finally bite the dust.
