BCBG Max Azria

I couldn’t get no one to help me. I had to continually ask someone to help me. I ended up walking out. Entire staff needs to be fired

I love BCBG Max Azria — the designs are fun, modern, sophisticated. Staff at this store is helpful, polite, and friendly, which is really refreshing. I do recommend that you check out Saks and Belk at Phipps, though, because sometimes, BCBG Max Azria costs a little less there on sale.

I’ve been shopping at BCBG for years. Specifically the one at Lenox. Every month my «shopper» will give me a ring and let me know about the sales or the up coming sales and he will go ahead and pick out my clothes in all my sizes. I have bought ALOT of work clothes from BCBG. I love it because the customer service is top notch and the clothes really fit my body type. BCBG makes incredibly sexy dresses as well. If you go on the website you are able to purchase the Herve Leger dresses as well (I’m so over them!).

I love BCBG clothes. I love the style, the fit, and the high fashion. However, it can get expensive, but you can always find great sales. I went to the BCBG Max Azria store at the Lenox Mall, and I give it a 5+++++ star for their customer service. They made sure I was taken care of from the time I walked in the store til the time I walked out of the store.
All the sales associates in the store are really upbeat and helpful. I needed another size in a dress and one of the associates told me she would go to their «off site» storage and see if the size I need is there. I didn’t want her to do that since I was not sure whether I wanted the dress. I told her I would come back. Well, the next day I decided i wanted to purchase the dress so I called the store at Lenox and they told me that they already had the dress for me on hold, but under no name, since I didn’t leave a name when I left. I was shocked… but yet so pleased. I asked them to hold it until the evening and I will come by. And the dress was on sale, which surprised me even more that they held the dress. Most department stores do not put sale items on hold.
When I got to BCBG yesterday evening, the sales associate ran to the back room to get my dress, which was in the back the entire day in case I returned to claim it!!!
NOW…that ladies and gentlemen is customer service!!!
