Arranging a move from Atlanta, GA to Dallas, TX with Sally was easy and hassle free. On the appointed day, Adam came out to pick up stuff with no problems at all. Adam was good and polite, wrapped all the stuff good, and quick pick up. So far experience with CLS is good, and looking forward to them delivering my stuff soon. Thank you for good service Adam, David and Sally.

I used CLS moving company to move from Atlanta, Ga to Los Angeles, Ca and Moses (driver) was amazing and very professional. He gave me and exact time of delivery and kept me updated on my move. I was so happy to have found someone who took care of my belonging as if it was their very own. I did not have to lift a finger when my belongings arrived, all I had to was point to where I will like my things and they quickly moved it there and set it up for me as well. I highly recommend CLS moving company to anyone who is looking for a reliable and trustworthy company.

Really bad experience, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They told me they don’t deal with subcontractors and they lied. They were 2 weeks late and I had things missing and a broken lamp. When I called to get my things back they never were found, never again. People save your money, paying all the money I did I really regret it. They said to file a claim for my damaged and missing items. Two days after I filed my claim, they called and said I wasn’t getting anything back for writing a bad review. They said it was in the contract, read the fine print people. I guess I’m not getting one cent back.

I have been having all my storage with CLS moving company for almost 4 months. They have kept my stuff in a safe and clean storage. The service I got from them was more than amazing. The staff is super professional and efficient which made my move easy and quick.

Worst moving company I’ve ever used: Terrible customer service, unresponsive dispatch coordinators, a scam company.
They haven’t been able to locate my belongings after picking up in GA for delivery to WA. Finally the arranged for this weekend but never showed up. Made over 20 calls and heard more excuses.
Have called the credit card company to cancel payment because this is essentially fraud.
They outsource to other companies and then don’t give a damn if you have problems.
Cheap does not mean good quality service.

I moved from Atlanta to Miami area and I called to get quotes from five different companies. Each time I called a vendor I received someone who has obviously never worked in customer service until I called the final vendor CLS Moving & Storage. I spoke with Sam who identified himself as my «moving coordinator» and he was excellent throughout the whole process.
He explained exactly what was covered by the quote and it was lower than 3 of the other 5 vendors but none of the other vendors explained what was covered and I am sure there would have been ancillary costs that would have come up as they do with most moving companies. My quote was all inclusive which made me feel good that I wasn’t going to get a bunch of additional charges tacked on at the end (blankets, tape, all those things that other companies I have dealt with in the past use to jack up your total cost). The other great thing was they provided me with a month of free storage which was perfect for my situation. I highly recommend this company!

Adam was a key person in ensuring that my move was going to be fair and safe. He kept in touch with me regarding when the movers would be there. He communicated effectively and I felt like my business was valued with working with Adam. At the time of delivery, which was guaranteed between 3 – 5 days (business only), the movers missed something in which they promptly are having shipped to me. I am giving Adam 5 stars.

If you ever get a chance to use this company, DONT. They broke everything in our house. EVERYTHING. Nice furniture destroyed. Rainbow play set, broken. They put a hole in our ceiling and didn’t pay the amount in cost to be fixed (we were supposed to close the next day but had to delay because of this). The quote we originally got was off by 5k when all was said and done. Was supposed to be moved out in one day but they didn’t bring a big enough truck so they had to come back the next day. They said they would be there at 9am on day 2 and showed up at 2:30. We had to do the claims for the damage on our move from December and still haven’t even gotten a response. They won’t answer the phone when we call. They promised to rebuild our play set and did not (it was broken by them so it couldn’t be rebuilt anyways). This was the absolute worse experience I have ever dealt with and STILL dealing with. Run run run and don’t let these crooks take a dime from you!!!

CLS Moving helped me move from FL to NYC for my first semester in college. Although it was a very stressful time for me, CLS has made the moving process extremely easy. They delivered my furniture on time & surprisingly without any damages! Sally was efficient with communication & answering all my questions which made me feel very comfortable. Would definitely use CLS again & highly recommend!

Moving is a stressful thing and let tell you something, This guys made it easier. They wore fast, clean, on time friendly and must important, all my things got to my new place with out any damage. 1^st time in life that movers don’t damage or break something.

CLS Moving and Storage completely ruined my brand new $ 2000 la-​z-​boy couch during my move. Today, 6 months after my move, CLS claims «rewards» me with $ 90 as compensation for my $ 2000 couch. This is truly the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with in my life.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Moved from South Carolina to California. I was told by the sales woman that it would take 10 days for them to deliver my stuff, and that the movers would assemble my bed, etc. After being in California for 3 weeks they show up. But before they arrive, the driver calls me stating“I am pissed off! The road to come to your house is too treacherous. I am not going to fuck up my truck hauling your shit!” Um, my job is to pay you to move me. Your job is to do the research to see if you can deliver and get it to me. Very rude like it was my fault. Then they left and did not assemble anything. Horrible experience.

I rarely write reviews but I just want to warn anyone considering using this company that they are not who you want to book. I originally booked CLS through Sam, and he was really easy to get ahold of and super responsive until they secured a deposit from me. After that it’s been nothing but unreturned voicemails. My company ended up paying for my move and they had contracted movers, and when I finally got a response back from after 2 weeks of unanswered, Sam promised I’d get a refund for the deposit… That was 6 weeks ago and now again, I can’t get anyone on the phone to help. Don’t waste your time or money. Dishonest and stressful!
Updated: After I emailed Sam from CLS and let them know I posted a review on Unilocal and I planned on refuting the charge with my credit card company, I received phone calls and emails from Mike. My card was credited my deposit. They asked me to remove the Unilocal review but it’s a factual review, so I have updated it instead.

The manager Adam is super nice. The movers are super fast and very reliable. They have done a lot of moves at my place. They are great for last minute moves. And very reasonable pricing. They have not let me down when I needed help from them. I will be using them again. I will also be referring my friends to them.

This was the worst moving experience of our lives. These people used my wife’s lingerie and clothes to pack sculptures! They lost priceless paintings! LOST!!! They even lost litter boxes! Aside from terrible packaging and attention to detail, they clearly didn’t care about us or our stuff. Rather than taking the millisecond it takes to hang clothes on hangers in wardrobe boxes, they just threw them all into the bottom of the wardrobe box in a heap.
Oh, and let’s not forget that the supervisor overseeing this job found it necessary to disappear several times to go to a bar and watch World Cup Soccer!!! Yes, he told us that’s what he was doing!!! And I must mention the poor statements he had to share about previous customers complaining about their work. I should’ve taken that to heart. Now we’re probably those people being talked about.
This company got a 1 star rating from me because this is the worst I could give. A negative 5 would be my preference and what is deserved.
Don’t use this company. You will most likely be sorry if you do. Pay a few more dollars and go with someone that cares. We used McCallister’s previously and they were wonderful. Nothing lost, nothing damaged. They actually cared.
If you DO choose to use these guys, pay for the full coverage insurance. We were talked into the cheaper coverage and you get 50 cents per pound on damages. That equates to virtually nothing.

Dealing with CLS Moving has been the worst experience of my year. The sales people were very nice at first and tried to make me think that they were a locally run company with the best intentions and all of their own trucks.
1-​They promised me a 2 day window for delivery which was not fulfilled and then did not do anything to remedy the situation.
2-​The movers upon pickup left debris, including cigarette butts, empty tape rolls, pieces of tape, and junk around my house and in the house.
3– The movers upon delivery haphazardly proceeded to throw my boxes onto the ground out of the truck. Many of my kitchen items and wedding dishes were broken.
4-​As far as free assembly and placement of furniture on delivery-​this did not happen. They brought everything in the house, put it on the ground and left. This was after it had all been thrown onto the curb outside.
Do not fall for their sales tactics-​once you sign a contract with them their attitude completely changes and you are no longer their problem.

These guys helped us again and recently moved some of my family. They were professional, courteous, and on time. Compared to other companies their pricing is very competitive and their service was above and beyond. Even more satisfied than last time!

It is safe to say moving is probably the most gruesome task a person has to go through! Thanks to CLS Moving I had completed this goal without a worry! They sure know how to make it hassle free! The staff was extremely friendly and patient to answer the many questions I had the move was done in a very timely matter & I absolutely have no complaints! I highly recommend this company for anyone who is moving!

I have completed three long distance moves, the last one with CLS movers. If you value your possessions DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I used them to pack and move my belongings from GA to FL. The boxes were sloppily packed, they were unmarked as to where (what room) the items came from. When my belongings got to GA they held them hostage and told me I owed them $ 1900 more!!! I got on the phone with someone named John who proceeded to scream and yell at me and say if i didn’t pay, they would not unload the truck.
But the worst part is that their packers stole my jewelry — about $ 6,000 worth. This was/​is THE MOST unprofessional moving company i have ever dealt with. They will not return calls. I am filing a police report for the stolen items and unfortunately may have to take legal action regarding the other issues.

I moved from Alabama to California. I received my delivery few days ago, I have to say I am very satisfied with the move and the delivery! I received my items in a good shape, with no damages or lost items.
Tony, the sales representative was very kind and very easy to do business with. Most importantly, the price remained the same and everything went smoothly! I definitely recommend this company for anyone who needs to move. Two thumbs up!
