Get This! was founded in January of 2005 and exhibits emerging and established contemporary artists working in varied practices and in all media. The gallery also offers access to secondary market works. Get This! Gallery is committed to promoting a solid program of solo exhibitions, group exhibitions and guest curated shows. The gallery offers artists up to 1,500 square feet of exhibition space.

Very cool little independent gallery tucked away in a quasi-​industrial area on the West side across the street from Six Feet Under. From what I can tell they feature some impressive and thoughtful work by up-​and-​coming local artists. It’s not huge, but that’s part of the reason I like it – it’s not overwhelming so the works are easily digested.
I went there for Harrison Keys’ release party a couple weeks back and the scene boasted a very pleasant dichotomy; they were playing cornhole and serving beer and hot dogs outside, with visitors’ dogs milling around, while inside the exhibit was neatly and professionally presented, with a DJ in the corner spinning classic vinyl. Walked away with a good time and a very nice piece!
Will definitely be back.
