H&R Block

Not going back — a really expensive circus. I am coming out of pocket for a mistake they made (or almost made) two years in a row. What’s more, the agents don’t seem very confident about using their system to file returns. Very uncomfortable filing.

Been using the tax preparation service here for many years.
Trudie is the person I trust to prepare the tax return, she is so sweet and patient with me. Somehow every year I would miss bringing 1 – 2 documents. I am a pretty organized person most of the time, but when it comes to tax season, I looked like a mess.
The only thing that is short of a 5 star ratings is the cost which is getting higher every year. Gone were those days when H&R block offered a $ 25 – 50 discount.
My suggestion? H&R Block should give an incentive to those who keep using their service year after year in the form of a discount. I really do not think a $ 25 – 50 discount will hurt.
Overall, very pleased with the service rendered here :)
