Lenox Bus, LLC

The guys were great! We booked Lenox bus for transportation to and from our rehearsal dinner this past weekend. Although the original vehicle we booked broke a part the night before, they let me know well ahead of time, did everything they could to fix the bus for us (although the part couldn’t be acquired in time). They gave me plenty of notice that they could not fix the bus and went above and beyond to provide a more than adequate alternative to make sure we were taken care of without any inconvenience to us.
Not only was the bus clean, comfy, and awesome, but the service was top notch and they beat every other quote I got by almost half. If I were to book a party bus or a limo again, this is the company I would use, hand down. I wouldn’t even look for other quotes. We had a blast and the bus trip was one of the highlights people were raving about!
I would make only one suggestion/​caveat: communication far in advance was a little sparse for my comfort, however as the event grew closer, Tony and the guys were on it and got back to me whenever I needed something.
