I’ve used this company in the last 4 to 5 work trips this year and i must say they offer great service. I love that they confirm the day before by text and a call the pick up date, time, driver and the driver’s phone number to be able to reach them directly if anything would happen. Scheduling is very easy and once you have a file with them its even easier to schedule the service.
However, if you want a driver that is superb… (I work in customer service so i take service level very seriously!) When you make your appointment ask them for Mr. JAKE (TONY) i promise you will not regret it! He is very friendly, always on time, takes you into consideration even for the music he will play! I give him 10 stars!

The worst experience ever and we use Limo services all the time. I planned a trip for my friends bday where we required transportation round trip to the airport for 4 in a stretch limo. Both drivers had difficulty unlocking the doors. First driver took the spare tire out of car to transport our luggage and put the tire in the front seat and replaced it in front of the airport. The second driver couldn’t unlock doors nor trunk. We stood outside of limo way too long. He also didn’t put the ice in the ice buckets so there were no cold beverages. We asked to stop and get cold drinks and received a charge the next day for $ 60.00. I may have understood if we requested a stop off the route home or was called for clarification for the stop before being assessed a charge but no.

Fabulous experience! On time, great driver was hugely patient with seven 25 year old female friends going to a Cher concert. I don’t need limos much, but I will definitely go back when I do!
I called and spoke with the owner and got a very nice deal, and got a free upgrade on the limo.

As far as the value, the cooperation, and the driver — it is an easy 5 STAR Rating (and I hardly ever give a perfect score anywhere). Our driver, Russ, was extremely entertaining, conscience, punctual, and professional. The company and owner were very easy to work with and there were no unwanted surprises. My daughter and her friends had a great time.

The gentleman who answered the phone says that this is NOT VALID on a Round Trip. When you are picked up at your home and driven to the location (restaurant, wedding, event, etc) that is 1 trip, then when he picks you up at the location (restaurant, wedding, event, etc) to bring you home, that is a 2^nd trip, and this coupon cannot be applied to the entire round trip, only 1 way. YIKES.
