Horrible experience… Took 19 days to get me my belongings… Damaged furniture, broke several items and charged more than initial binding agreement. Could not get my piano in the house and had to hire other movers to do so! Horrible experience

Moving can be an intense experience, and it was such an absolute relief to have the process handled by dedicated professionals. From the original call with Iris, and patient and clear answers from Leo of so many questions, down to the last loaded box, everything was supportive and the quote was very fair. Raphael and the team were respectful, efficient and completely put my mind at ease during a very stressful time. The best!

My moving experience with Maya was great!
Very courteous service given by Mr Leo, office staff and movers on both ends from Atlanta GA to Gilbert AZ. Furnishings were wrapped and protected very well. Both loading & delivery was on time! My move included storage in Atlanta before receiving delivery.

Contacted them about a week before a downsizing from a house into an apartment (don’t ask). Leo came out, gave me an estimate of the amount of time needed, and was also accurate about the size of the storage unit I needed. I booked them later that night because of that.
Leo called the day before, called early the day of, and crew called about 30 minutes or so before arrival… and they were smack in the middle of time window given. After signing paperwork, the fun began with the 3 man crew. These guys were quick, careful, courteous, and worked with me. Stopped at storage and apartment; by end we were cracking jokes. Went a little over estimated time (less than an hour) due to traffic and other issues.
All in all, they made a stressful day go down easy. I will be using them again for the move into the permanent quarters in late spring.

I called them 2 days before we wanted out things moved, and they made an appointment for us for 3 movers. The day before the move, they called us to confirm the appointment, and then they called 30 minutes before their scheduled arrival time to let us know that they were on the way.
The 3 movers were fast, careful, and really courteous and nice. Our move included a stop at a storage unit, an apartment, and the loading of items into a storage POD. I believe that they charged $ 125 an hour, with a 3 hour minimum. There was no charge for gas or a trip charge.
The amount of stress that they alleviated by them handling the moving of everything, was really worth it.

The main reason we went with Maya Van lines was we were assured they didn’t use third party contractors. They moved us from Atlanta to TX and used a third party mover without our consent! We would have never agree to this if given the choice even if that meant our shipment being delayed. They ruined almost every nice piece of furniture we had including irreplaceable antiques. We are still finding nicked furniture, missing boxes, broken chairs. So upsetting!

I recently hired a 4 man crew to move my wife and I into our new home. They arrived on time, and didn’t flinch about moving my 1958 jukebox or my countless heavy boxes of film equipment. The driver/​supervisor, Alex, made sure everything went smoothly. I was concerned for a sec when I saw him on the phone, but I quickly realized that he was carrying 2 items, supervising the crew and packing the truck all while on the phone. Talk about multitasking! The other three guys were incredibly fast and never seemed to tire. They were friendly, polite and careful with our belongings. It’s too bad that this is our «forever home» and that we won’t need movers ever again, otherwise I’d hire them in a heartbeat.

Moving is always a pain and unfortunately I had to move twice within the last 6 months. On both occasions the hassle factor was greatly reduced due to the friendly and efficient team at Maya.
You start with Leo and he coordinates the move and assigns the team. I highly recommend them and I don’t write many reviews but wanted to this time.
