Here is the RAW teriyaki chicken I got from Panda Express for lunch today. Came back in after work to show them and get my money back but apparently I can’t get more than a fresh plate or a coupon book. Why would I want a fresh plate of their undercooked food after this? Informed them that this may have effected more than just me but they didn’t seem to care and brushed me to the side and rung up more customers. Asked for the managers number and I got a small piece of paper(pictured below) with a generic 1800 number for the owner. What the hell? On top of all this the women had the nerve to tell me nobody else complained so the chicken is NOT raw. I called the number provided and just as expected automated prompts leading nowhere. I eat here 2 – 3 times a week but that’s not happening anymore. If you eat here or know people that do PLEASESHARE for their safety

The customer service here was really despicable around 1:35 p.m. November 17th2015. This location is literally 2 minutes from Cumberland Mall and directly across the street from QT and McDonalds. The one young lady at the window I believe her name was Maria if that’s not her name I’m not sure but if you want great customer service go to McDonalds or even zaxbys and you will definitely get better customer service and she was blatantly rude huffing and puffing and seemed like she didn’t want to do her job whatsoever. I asked to speak to a manager and she said why do you need to speak to a manager. I will never use this location again

I have been here a couple of times, I like it because you can get in and out faster than the mall, the food is fresh, and made in small batch’s, and you have quite a few choices to pick from. one side note: I don’t recommend the egg rolls. One thing they forget to do is to wash the tables after someone has used them. The place does get crowded during lunch and I have only seen someone cleaning the tables once. The place is expensive and the portion is small, you get what looks about a ½ cup scoop plus one additional piece of what ever entrée you are getting. Two scoops and a side of rice and drink runs about 8 dollars.

The staff at this location is so rude! Let me rephrase this… the manager seemed accommodating and nice but one specific employee Keyla who happens to always be there is simply horrific in customer service standards. We have notified the manager of her behavior and our bad experience but nothing seemed to changed. We even left the restaurant because of her one afternoon(before even ordering!) because she was so rude. I have no idea how she is keeping her job, it says a lot about this company. I will not be back at this location. There are plenty of other places I can spend my money, and not have the employees cop an attitude when I ask for anything. One too many times, done!

This would have gotten a one had the drive thru girl wasn’t so damn nice. I got here at 9:20pm on 10÷9÷15 and was tired so I went through the drive thru. Me and my kids had been on the road for 4+ hours and just wanted food. There were lots of people inside so imagine my surprise as she rambles off all the food they have left for the day. She spoke so quickly that I didn’t hear orange chicken but they had some so that’s what we got. I get home and imagine my surprise to open my bowl and the aroma of burnt food hits my nose. I brush it off but as I begin to eat the rice I see the burned pieces including parts of the veggies as well. Had I not been so hungry I would have thrown it away.

This place is terrible! Food was luke warm and I threw it up within mins of finishing it at the restaurant! I will not be back to this location… Even if it was free! Eat at your own risk!!! The staff does not comprehend english… And with all the teens who were born here could and want to work. Oh and understand plain english! This a wreck on every level. *******the inly positive I can say is the manager refunded my money! But kept insisting to call an ambulance… Yeah like I want to get a 1500+ bill from ER for their bad Chinese food!

HIDEOUS! Don’t waste your time or money. I tried this place once several years ago and ICK! I thought would see if they have improved. NOT! The rice is old and sticky, I ordered a ‘plate’ of the spice fire chicken and received 3 pieces. The egg roll was charred and tasted like chemicals. This place should be shut down!

Air conditioning??? Hello!!! Ever heard of it? It’s over 90 degrees outside and this is the second time in less than 10 days that I’ve been here where there was no air conditioning on. I can’t even imagine how terrible the poor people who are working behind the counter feel. Owners…open your rusty wallet and pay to get your AC fixed! This is my last trip to this location until it is nice and cool inside. The food today was average.

Fast food«Chinese.» I feel like I should just end the review right there. Except that wouldn’t be fair. Because the claim about«fresh cut veggies» is still true. And the food does appear to be made fresh in(relatively) small batches. Certainly the food I had was tasty, and the vegetables were not overcooked. I like this location. It’s big, spacious, and clean. Lots of big windows. I imagine it gets crowded at the height of the lunch hour. Having said that, I spent $ 7 on two portions of food that were each smaller than my fist. And that just seems too expensive to me. I get more for less in the good ol’ food court.

Attending a conference in the area and I noticed the sign with the logo. A cute Panda Bear. It intrigued me, because I was not familiar with the company and the other thing I noticed, it had a drive thru. Somehow, I never but the two together. Okay, now for the food. Oh, the restaurant is clean. I mean spotless. Serve allowed myself and a few others to walk up and down the showcase to see the offerings. Immediately, I notice the food was not greasy or floating in soy sauce. Food is prepared in a healthier than most Chinese restaurants. This is a rarity. Offer brown rice, just is right up my alley. The grilled Teriyaki chicken breast was great with the steamed vegetables and the beef and broccoli was just right. Broccoli where not raw, like other restaurants. The place was busy. Saw everyone from families to seniors to business people eating in and taking out. Loved the sign: all vegetable cut fresh daily. Wish there was one in my community. Located on a corner, so at the height of rush hour, know the area, because exiting maybe a chore. Would definitely return if I am in the area.

Panda Express is slightly better than mall food court Chinese. I stopped by this Panda Express for a Friday lunch and it was my first time at any Panda Express. Ever. I once walked into the Windy Hill Panda Express(near I-75), but walked out after looking at the food they had out. On this particular day, the food at this Panda Express looked better. I was immediately impressed with this location for a few reasons: 1. Parking lot was almost full. 2. Covered, outdoor seating. 3. Inside was clean and spacious + there’s an open kitchen. 4. This was a standalone building with drive-thru. I expected most Panda Expresses to be tucked away in strip malls. Panda Express is an Americanized Chinese fast food chain and it knows it. Cheesy Chinese music plays in the background, décor includes stuffed animal pandas and giant cartoon depictions of pandas, red Chinese lanterns hang from above, Chinese characters are interwoven in the experience where possible(e.g. the cups have Chinese characters printed on them), and fortune cookies are handed out with each meal. One in-store advertisement I saw for their new jumbo shrimp depicted two bib-wearing pandas holding chopsticks about to eat a jumbo shrimp. The graphic had one of the pandas saying: «We’re going to need bigger chopsticks.» Lolz. While this location was not absolutely slammed, it had a steady stream of customers during my visit, which was during a peak time. This was a good thing because it meant the food was getting turned over fast and fresh items were always being cooked up. I didn’t see the cooks take a break for one second during my dine-in visit. The value here is reasonable. A one-side, two-entrée plate costs $ 6.39. A one-side, three-entrée plate costs $ 7.88. Whether you dine in or take out, the portion sizes are American-sized. In other words, ginormous. Probably the smallest sized meals you can get here are the bowls(one side, one entrée) or a kid’s meal. Both run about $ 5.00. While fast food Chinese is generally«bad» for you because of all the heavy, sugary sauces used, I like that Panda Express offers some relatively healthier options. Instead of loading your plate with rice or noodles, you have the option of mixed vegetables which include steamed carrots and broccoli. This store takes so much pride in its fresh-cut veggies that they proudly display all of their veggies in their refrigerators with a sign above them that says, «Fresh Veggies Cut Daily.» Entrees include all the typical Americanized Chinese foods like orange chicken, General Tso’s chicken, Kung Pao chicken, etc. One of the newer items I saw being highlighted was the grilled chicken teriyaki. I had a plateful of chow mein noodles, beef broccoli, and black pepper chicken. It wasn’t a bad meal. There was a lot of sauce. The black pepper chicken had a pungent aroma. It smelled like marijuana. The veggies(broccoli, onions, bell peppers) were indeed fresh. I could tell the quality of the meat was cheap, but it was to be expected. I finished my plate and left the restaurant eating more than I should. I do like some of the nice touches about this chain. For example, the disposable plates and to-go containers are Panda Express branded, as are the cups, ordering trays, and the like. You don’t find this kind of exclusivity at just any Chinese take-out joint.

The drive thru was very slow with only 3 cars in line. Still took about 15 minutes to order and get my food. Once I got my food the order was wrong. Usually they are pretty good. This could have been a one time thing. Still going to go back. Prior service was better. Try the fire roasted chicken.

The staff here is terribly rude. The girl making our order barley spoke English. I had to say what or excuse me after everything she said. I wasn’t trying to be rude. Finally she yelled at me rice or noodles! It was really embarrassing. At opening they didn’t have all the items ready. Sorry can’t wait for them to cook for ten minutes. Overall the staff just made this a bad experience. Emailed corporate and they were no help. I love Panda but don’t think I’ll ever go back to this location. Nobody likes being yelled at.

Is Panda Express the best Chinese restaurant in Cobb? Not really. But it is better than PF Changs. Although, i swore I heard them say, «herrooo» when I came in. I hope, for their sake, they didn’t say it like that. They sell all your favorite American-Chinese goodies from orange chicken, kung pao chicken, and other greasy, fruity, glazed meats. It’s like a mall food court where you can choose 2 or 3 entrees for your meal. You can also get it in a bowl. In addition to the entrees, you can get rice, fried rice, lo mein, or steamed vegetables with your order. They give you a TON of steamed rice. It’s like 2 cups of it. So that’s either a good or bad thing depending on you. The steamed rice wasn’t cooked well. It was a bit mushy and overcooked. I would actually get the other options instead of the steamed rice. Because nobody should eat 2 cups of rice. For their entrees, they have you typical chicken and beef dishes. Although if you order the shrimp dishes, they’re all $ 1 extra. So you can get a cheap dish if you stick with the chicken or vegetables entrees. The vegetables do taste fresh. And the entrée items don’t taste too bad. If you like American-Chinese food, this is a good place to get it. If you save the receipt and take the survey on the back, you can get a deal to get 1 entrée free if you get a 2 entrée dish. So you can get 3 entrees for a price of 2.

This is just like most other Panda Express, but the portion sizes are hit and miss depending on who serves you. I love whoever makes the sweet tea, it is just right. That is hard to find at most Chinese Restaurants. Go with the Kobari Beef, you won’t be disappointed.

Gotta love Panda Express… They have some really good Chinese food that is quick and cheap. There is nothing like an afternoon after work stopping by Panda and picking up a plate of Chinese for easily under $ 10.

Somehow i find my way to this Panda more often than i’d like to admit. It’s a chain, reliable, and i dig the food. All of those are pretty easy to guess. I’d say more often than not, the food is very fresh and delicious. I’ve been in a few times where it’s been sitting a little longer than i’d like. Still, if you’ve never had Panda before, you should know it’s as good(if not better) than 90% of Chinese delivery options. Too bad they don’t deliver!
