Pure Barre Inman Park

I have tried many different barre classes and this one is just A-​OK in my book. I never feel that I get a great workout (I have felt like I get a better workout at the other barre classes that are 45 minutes rather than one here for an hour). There are a lot of the exercises that I just don’t think do much of anything (the ab ones where you sit on the wall).
Another slight problem that I have with PB is that 1) They don’t have showers, so it is not ideal to go there before work if it is close to home, 2) if you do go during a lunch class, they keep the temperature pretty warm, so you are gross when you go back… I wish they would cool the room a bit more for the noon classes.
One other thing to mention: be prepared to have many people around you decked out head to toe in lulu and look like they stepped out of a magazine. Everyone here looks perfect.

I love Pure Barre! It’s a great, consistent workout and the perfect supplement to cardio. I like how structurally, the class is always the same, but the movements and exercises are completely different and unique to each class and teacher. You go in knowing what to expect (warm up, plank, arms, thighs, glutes, abs. etc), but it never gets boring or old!
I’ve tried other barre classes (Pink Barre, Exhale, flybarre, fit to be, etc.), but Pure Barre is continually my fist choice! The Inman Park location is also my favorite, and not just because it’s in my neighborhood. Everyone there is friendly and encouraging, and they make a point to remember your name! I especially love the 7am class with Alexis!

Pure Barre Inman Park is the best workout experience I’ve ever had. For one, the instructors and staff are the greatest ladies around. They are encouraging, helpful, and all around fantastic people. Second, the results are real. I’ve been going regularly since January of this year, and this is the best I’ve felt about my body in a long time. I have muscle definition in my arms that I never thought I’d ever have, and I feel muscles in my legs that I didn’t know still existed. Even that little jiggle at my waist has evaporated. Third, you get 55 minutes devoted to YOU every time.
At the end of 2014, a coworker started raving to me about Pure Barre. So, I thought I’d give it a try. I won’t lie — my first (really every) class kicked my butt. But that’s one of the rewarding things about this program: You challenge yourself each time and feel accomplished and amazing at the end of it.
Like that coworker, I can’t recommend Pure Barre — especially Inman Park — enough. If you want a great atmosphere, a wonderful workout, and results, give the New Client special a try. Trust me, you’ll be signing up for more after those 30 days. GO NOW!

Love Pure Barre Inman! Fantastic instructors, great class schedule and can’t beat the location. The instructors are always energetic and motivating (even at the early am classes). And they are willing to work with you on modifications, which has been very helpful as I have a few re-​occurring injuries. I’ve been going for about 3months and definitely noticed a difference in muscle tone and overall fitness. I will keep going back!

I recently started Pure Barre in Inman Park, and it has been awesome. The girls are always so friendly and anytime I have any questions, they are happy to answer. They enjoy what they do and it shows. :) This makes it pleasant working out especially those morning classes.
I highly encourage everyone to try this workout. It’s awesome all the way around!

I have done Pure Barre at other locations before and I can say that the Inman Park team is really awesome! I generally go to the early morning 5:30 and 6 AM classes and have never been disappointed. The workouts are great and really help tone in all the hard to get to areas. I have tried other ‘barre’ classes at other gyms, and PB definitely makes you sweat and shake the most! I love how its really toned up my legs and strengthened my abs. The instructors are super knowledgeable and you get the one on one time that you need to ensure you are getting the position right. Nothing but fantastic things to say about PB and this location!

I began attending Pure Barre classes in late January. I was very hesitate to try because I have no previous dance or ballet experience, only yoga in the past. I am not flexible or coordinated either. I decided to give it a try and I have been going regularly ever since. I absolutely love going! I am seeing the best results I have ever seen from any other exercise class or program. I have toned up so much since January. Friends who have not seen me since the holidays are telling me how great I look. I have had two strangers ask if I am a runner recently. My flexibility has improved so much too!
The staff and instructors at Inman location are always very friendly and have a lot of energy, even at the 6:00AM class. You can tell they love what they do! There are so many times I do not feel motivated to go, but once I am there, the instructors get me motivated.
I am 38, so don’t feel like Pure Barre is only something young 20 somethings are able to do. There are women of all ages and sizes attending classes.
One last thing, I have terrible back issues. It seems like every exercise program I did hurt my back. There are no heavy weights or equipment used in class or crazy moves. Pure Barre has actually strengthen my back.
I really could keep going on and on about how much I love Pure Barre!

I was never a fan of exercise classes until I started at Pure Barre. The instructors and front desk staff are so friendly and inspirational, and they always challenge and motivate me to work harder! The workout itself looks similar in structure every class, so you’ll come to expect what’s next (sort of), but it really doesn’t get any easier! Just remember, small moves, shaking is good, and it’s not a contest! Also, parking is easier than you’d think for Inman Park– you can park in the main deck, on the street, or across on (Lake?) Street off of Inman Village Pkwy.

Been going for six months, love the friendly instructors and clients! I’ve been able stick with PB much longer than anything else. You will definitely see a change in your body and most importantly feel stronger!

I love Pure Barre! I can’t say it enough. I’ve been going for over a year now and it still continues to challenge me every class. The instructors at PB Inman Park are all so friendly, positive, and encouraging, but also will absolutely get your «seat» into shape. Coming to class is a part of my day that I always look forward to and that says a lot from someone who tends to dread working out… if I can do it you can. :)

Went for bring on the men tonight. I won’t lie, this was a workout. Instructor was super up beat, studio was extremely clean, and we got beer after as a celebration. I always doubted what kind of workout can be worth that much money, but you definitely get what you pay.
Ladies, bring then men.

I initially tried Pure Barre because it is within walking distance of my apartment and I was having trouble getting to other workout classes before and after work. After my first month, which is given at a great discount of $ 99, I could definitely tell that my booty and stomach were in much better condition. My arms and calves are definitely more toned as well. I immediately signed up for another 3 months… and just signed up for 6 more. I can’t say enough how sweet and enthusiastic the PB staff is everyday. I usually go to a 6 am or 5:30 am class every day of the week, and Bridget, Kimberly, and the other teachers are the best motivation. They take care to get to know every student and help you progress.
Overall, Pure Barre is great for me because I love the atmosphere and the early class times are great for my insane work schedule. I’ve definitely seen progress and defined results, as well. I would suggest it to anyone who needs a group workout environment but wants to avoid high impact damage. I find it to be well worth the money and they often have fun special and challenges to keep everyone on their toes!

I’m addicted to Pure Barre Inman Park! I go 5 days a week and I love it. It starts my week days off right. All the teachers are wonderful. Its a high energy challenging work out with quick results. I feel and look stronger and leaner. I’ve also become much more flexible. It’s a fantastic all around work out.

A friend told me about Pure Barre, but it wasn’t until I won a couple free classes at a Beltline event that I decided to give it a try. This class is amazing! It really targets those tough areas for women. All of my classes have been with Amy and she’s fantastic — her workouts are great and she’s very encouraging.
I love how Pure Barre is a high intensity/​low impact workout. You are working your hardest for the entire class, but you don’t feel any strain in your joints. After three free classes, I think I might be hooked… time to step up to a membership!

I started pure barre about a month or so ago, taking advantage of the new client special. I still consider myself new to pure barre and so my form may be off with certain moves but the instructors do such a great job of fixing your form, and reinforcing you when you’re doing it right. Would highly recommend if you want to start something new.

I am 100% addicted to Pure Barre, and I am extremely excited & pleased with my new addiction!!! After having a baby almost 7 years ago, I haven’t seen any of my routine work outs giving me the results that I have seen since starting Pure Barre classes July 2014. #1 my stomach is smaller/​tighter (YESSSSS!!), my thighs are thinner, and my upper body has definition I have never had before. I mostly go during my lunch hour, and I am so stress free, happy, and super focused afterwards I am ready to tackle the rest of the day. I LOOOOOVE Pure Barre, the instructors are fabulous, you WILL see results — give it a try for at least a month and you will be happily addicted too!

Hands down one of the best places to get a great workout in Atlanta. Let’s break it down, shall we?
1. The teachers are awesome. Not just one or two of them, but all of them. They take the time to correct your form and encourage you during the workout. They are all sensitive to non-​dancers, which I really appreciate.
2. The class itself is upbeat and fun. I never knew I could sweat as much as I do in this low intensity workout. And talk about the muscle shakes. I’ve only been to the class about 8 times and can see a huge difference in my thighs, butt, and arms.
3. The location is A+. It’s a 4 minute walk from my door to theirs.
They’ve won me over and I can’t wait to continue the workout all the way up to my wedding day and after!!!

LOVE this studio. I hate working out, but Pure Barre is something I gladly do a few times a week. I joined when this studio opened, thinking I should try it since I never go to the gym, and figured I had nothing to lose. It is definitely more expensive than a gym but SO worth it! After my new client special, I signed up for 6 months unlimited to push myself to go as much as possible. I try to go 4x/​week (though some later classes were cancelled so it’s sometimes 3), and even though I’m not remotely athletic or flexible, I’ve seen results. Friends and coworkers have commented on my toned arms or the fact that I look thinner (hurray for muscle being denser than fat)! All the teachers are so sweet and adorable, and are so kind to put up with (and help) an old lady with no coordination in their classes! :)

I LOVE Pure Barre Inman Park. I recently moved to Atlanta and was looking for a new workout routine down here. I first went to the beginners class in August and was immediately hooked. Alexis (teaches the beginners class) and Ally (takes the class so you can watch her form) both took the time in class to help out us newbies and show us each move, which gave me the confidence to take the regular classes. I try to go 4 – 5 times a week now because I find that it’s not only a great work out, but Pure Barre Inman Park is it’s own little community and they are very welcoming to everyone new.
I definitely recommend classes with Alexis or Ally, but that being said, all of the instructors I’ve had class with are great.
It feels great to stop by there after a long day and just lift.tone.burn!

I normally don’t like leaving bad reviews but I asked this company several times to stop spamming me and even got a letter from the owner promising she would stop and still no. They use your personal information without your permission and will never stop sending you emails every day.
As far as the class goes, I would say 2 stars. the teacher was not helpful and the music was too loud to hear anything she was saying. It isn’t actually a barre class — we used the bar for balancing a few times but that was it. It wasn’t really fun and I didn’t feel as if I got any exercise from it at all.
