This location is too busy. They missed part of my order and the staff ignored me while I tried to get it resolved. Food is great of course but be prepared to wait.

Yes per my check-in’s I’ve been here way more than I should be but I’m a sucker for good coffee in the morning. Since I usually only come here in the morning I can share a secret with the early risers. Try to get here as early as you can. There are tons of offices near this location and it’s not too far off of 400. I’ve learned my lesson to get here early. If I don’t I’ll surely be late for work. Lines are out the door and the drive through has a line. All in all I like this location, so much so I actually drive out of my way past a location that’s closer to me to get to this one.

Just tried the butterscotch frappachino. It was AMAZING! I’ve been meaning to try it for a few days now but it’s always out wherever I go. I guess today was my lucky day! It tasted just like the candy I used to eat as a child. Delicious!

The drink was made correctly and fast. The two issues were with the staff who acted too casual and the fact that the pastry display was practically empty and a mess.

Mobile ordering inconvenience: Many of the Starbucks I have been to have your order waiting on the Barrista’s counter when you run in to pick it up. Not this one. You have to try to get the attention of a busy Barrista to get your order on the counter behind them. It defeats the purpose of mobile ordering a bit. They will leave my $ 4.50 latte sitting out waiting, but not my $ 5 breakfast sandwich. I understand that anyone could take it, but anyone could take my $ 4.50 latte as well.

I had a rough, rough morning and needed some food and coffee on my way to work. Although this Starbucks has a drive thru line at least a dozen cars long and six people in front of me in line in the store, they worked quickly and efficiently and were SO courteous. They didn’t seem stressed at all and acted genuinely excited to greet and serve people. The main guy making the drinks during this shift(I wish I had seen his name) could tell I had a bad morning and WHILEHEWASMAKINGDRINKS asked me about my morning and encouraged me. I’m so grateful I stopped here this morning. It was exactly what I needed!

At least once a week they run out of things that they should obviously order more of given that they consistently run out. Waiting in the long lines and ordering only then to find out they are out of whatever you’re ordering is getting old.

The staff here is just so friendly. Excellent, sincere service and delicious, prompt coffees. Pete, the Barista made my day. :)

This is my favorite Starbucks in all of Atlanta(so far). Not only is this the one down the street from my workplace, their baristas and cashiers are ALWAYS friendly. Always. They’re extremely sweet and happy despite the MASSIVE volume of people they go thru this place constantly. When I say massive, I mean MASSIVE! The guy told us that they’re one of the busiest Starbucks ever(in the Southeast). No wonder they’ve remodeled. Besides that, my drinks are ALWAYS on point. There is never a question or concern and I get time quickly! They do magic behind the espresso machine.

If you like your coffee to taste bitter and burned this is the place for you. Also, if you like your reduced fat turkey bacon breakfast sandwich warm on the outside and refrigerator cold on the inside, this is the place for you. I didn’t notice this until I got into my car and was too pressed for time to go back in. Terrible quality.

I work across the street and come to this Starbucks often and most workers always greet me with a smile. This time however, my coworker and I were barked at to scoot over and that her computer was not ready to take my payment yet. Kedra. I hope you brush up on your social skills by treating any individual you meet with respect. The attitudes of the worker reflects poor management in my opinion.

The typical Starbucks. Lots of room inside. Lots of seating outside. They had coconut-milk lattes — that was tasty.

This is one of the closest Starbucks within walking distance to work, so I have been here umpteen times, but never took the time to write a review. Located on Piedmont in the Disco Kroger plaza by dozens of office buildings that contain thousands of employees, I’m not surprised that this Starbucks is always crowded, as unfortunate as it is. Merchandise is plentiful, although they were out of bags when I purchased a French press. The baristas are always friendly and do their best to get their orders out quick. The tables are usually clean, and there is outdoor seating for when there is nicer weather. Unfortunately, when the weather ISN’T nice, indoors gets pretty crowded, as seating can be limited when one person and their laptop takes up a 2 person table. Although I’m not sure if a communal table would fit, I believe that could help with the problem… Parking isn’t a problem, as it shares a plaza with many other shops and stores. The drive thru line can get very long, as most people stop by here on their way from driving down 400 South. I’ve heard many a tale of heated drive thru debacles, so I would avoid the peak hours if I can… Or just walk over to avoid the drive thru altogether!

This particular Starbucks is very efficient(especially in their drive thru which is much appreciated). I am that lame girl that doesn’t drink coffee so I come here for their tomato/mozzarella paninis… I know, how lame am I?! I CRAVE this thing from time to time and some locations run out of it early in the day(hence, I crave it — it is delicious!). Good to know, the staff here is highly efficient as a coffee shop should be!

Parking situation is terrible and it’s always crowded, but I’ve always received my items quickly. Staff is nice. Seems like the typical Starbucks to me. They’re definitely doing alright for how busy the area is!

Good location, lots of seating(for a starbucks), outside seating. However parking is terrible– I just park outside the designated starbucks area(way too small in there!). Plus drive-through looks very tight! Gets crowded, but that’s typical of starbucks especially near businesses

Great location, friendly staff, nice patio. This place pops off in the morning during rush hour so I typically hit the Caribou down the street on Peachtree at those times. Otherwise… this location = my jam.

By far the worst starbucks ever! Way too small, horrific drive through, and bad service. This Starbuck is WAYTOOBUSY to have such a disorganized approach to handling the volume that comes into that store. What makes this location so horrible in terms of logistics and comfort is that its located in the Kroger shopping center with other big store like World Market and other restaurants. Because this Starbucks is in the front, there’s limited space for parking. They have to block off most of the parking lot to put up cones in order to direct the drive-thru traffic. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve almost been run-over by an angry coffee addict trying to get their morning bump. Basically, you have to park somewhere far away and walk(and try to avoid being run over by the angry coffee people) to the store to avoid the long drive-thru line. Madness Usually inside of the store there’s always a line and people are trying to push to get in and out of the store due to the overcrowding of large furniture, display racks, and other coffee drinking patrons at the tables. I would say just travel a little bit further down Peachtree street and go to the other location and avoid this one. Ow, and did I mention that the staff is rude and unapologetic for the long waits and disorganization?

Very busy Starbucks! I am usually there every week(at least twice) since I live extremely nearby. I used to have issues with the abruptness of a few past employees in this location but they were long gone. The current staffs were nice and very friendly. They seem to know my exact drink every time I am there. Maybe I am too predictable? :( The baristas work fast, but how can they not when the morning lines can get crazy long? :D Not sure if I see anything«unusual» as per Liz V. Pretty sure I did not. Back to reviewing this location, sometimes it is almost impossible to find a vacant table :( BUT… I will be back ;)
