The Perfect Brows

Hands down the best in Atlanta! Both Leza and Shanna are amazing! Literally drew a graph on my face to configure exactly where to shape and remove hair. So precise and experienced. Definitely one of the only places you’ll walk out saying wow they actually changed my face for the better.

I came here for the first time after growing my brows out after a really bad waxing job by another studio. I saw Shana and she did an amazing job. She took her time to explain to me how she was mapping my eyebrows, and where each part of the brow should line up with my face. She was very precise. I’ve gone to the Benefit Brow bar and Anastasia brow bar in the past, and neither made my brows look this good. The price is very reasonable for what you get. Shana even took her time to show me how to fill in my brows to achieve the same look at home. This will now be my go to brow spot!

I liked this place because they really try to follow the natural outline of your eyebrow and face shape. However, I found it extremely overpriced. I would love to be able to spend this much on eyebrows, but $ 35 is just not do-​able on a regular basis. The owner greeted me upon arrival and introduced herself, which gave a perfect first impression. I made a same day appointment so the only availability was waxing. Shana did a nice job, but she filled them out WAY too thick while showing me how they should look, unless my natural eyebrow shape is resemblant of the Grinch. But overall, they are very nice and seem to know what they’re doing. I just don’t like my eyebrows super thick.

I was in Buckhead on vacation and want able to get my brows done before leaving town. Looked on Unilocal and found The Perfect Brow & let’s just say they lived up to their name. The atmosphere is extremely relaxing, and thankfully Shana’s 1 o’clock answered and she was able to fit me in. I got my eyebrows waxed, but they also offer threading. I appreciate that before they do anything to your brows they show you via powder exactly what it is they are going to take off and explain how the shape of your eyebrow should be based on your actual face. The time and detail taken into making «the perfect brow» was amazing.

I’ve been coming here for almost 6 years now, and can’t imaging going anywhere else.
Sometimes you have to wait, even if you have an appointment, but it’s worth it.
They typically thread and tweeze my brows and my brows always look amazing. They walk you through how to fill in your brows correctly and what not to do between appointments.
Leeza is extremely talented, genuine, and kind hearted. I’ve seen other employees as well who are also great. I wish they were open later during the week, but regardless I make time to go here.

Leza, Leza, Leza. I love this girl not only because of the smiles, hugs, remembering everyone’s names, sharing laughs and just overall genuine sweetness. Your, and the entire team from Lisa to the beauty artists, professionalism is impeccable. I always walk out of The Perfect Brows feeling pretty, beautiful and like I’m that chick everyone wants to be. Thanks for the confidence boost. I’ve been with you for years and I ain’t going nowhere! I just had my first appointment today with Leza and she is THE BEST Brow Artist! Hands down! I’ve had my brows shaped by many «brow gurus» in Atlanta, as well as in New York and LA, and none have come close to her skill level. She takes the time to educate you on the shape of your face and what your perfect brow should and will look like. I am beyond impressed and will be a very loyal client. Thank you Leza for my fabulous brows! I love them!

I’ve been coming to Leza for years now and I still LOVE the way she does my brows! She is ALWAYS professional, attentive and sweet. I have very thick eyebrows and she shapes them to a T! I’ve tried several other brow places in the area and none have compared! TOP notch quality and service is what you will find here!

I have been a customer of The Perfect Brows since last fall, but I will never return to this establishment. Since I have been a customer, two of the ladies that have done my brows have either quit or been fired. Turnover is extremely high. I made my appointment on Monday, and a man answered the phone. After reading the previous reviews, I can only assume that it was the owners husband. I informed him that I needed an appointment for Thursday, & he told me to come in at 1030 on Thursday, and I will have an appointment with Leza (the owner) for threading. I received my emailed appointment confirmation & also an email reminder for my appointment. I arrive today, for my appointment at 1030 on the dot, & The Perfect Brows isn’t even open! I am so angry that I drove all the way from Marietta to Buckhead for no reason! I’ve wasted my time, and I am out of patience with this business, and I will never return! Ladies, there are other brow businesses in Atlanta that will do a beautiful job with your brows. Do not waste your time or money at The Perfect Brows.

Thank you for your reply. I actually did call twice before my appointment in an effort to let you know that I was on my way. Once at 10:26 and another at 10:27. No one answered the phone. When i arrived to your business at 10:30 am, the doors were locked and the shades were down. I’m not sure how I was supposed to know that you were in the business, if it looked like the place was closed. Furthermore, you did not call me until 10:53 am about my appointment. I was already on my way home by that time, and there is no way that I was going to turn around. Also, in the voicemail message that you left me, you stated that my appointment was at 10:45 am, so obviously, you did not know that my appointment was actually at 10:30 am. I have had three appointments at your business, one of which the receptionist claimed I didn’t have an appointment, and I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for an artist to finish to accommodate me. You obviously have a problem with scheduling that needs to be fixed ASAP. I was actually going to call you back to take you up on the offer to reschedule, but after reading your response I will do what I was going to do before and take my business elsewhere. Thank you. I did love my brows the three times that I have been to your business, but I cannot support a business that can’t even get their schedule right!

Let me start off by saying that I have been looking for a brow salon since Salome retired from Anastasia at Nordstrom Phipps Plaza. I was recommended to The Perfect Brows from a social group on FB and I have to say that I am quite perfectly pleased. I made my appointment with Shana and she was super meticulous and thorough. I also appreciate that she took the time to ask me how I like my brows before she started and then followed through. I definitely recommend The Perfect Brows to anyone that is looking for an excellent brow salon!

I love this place! They take the time to make sure all angles are correct and how your brow should actually be. I normally wear make up over my brows but these ladies shape them in a way I don’t have to even put on makeup. They look amazing natural! Always coming back!!! Thank you Leza!!!

Just had my first appointment at The Perfect Brow and I am AMAZED my eyebrows look excellent!!! I’m sold!!! No one is ever touching my Newly Perfect Brows ever again!!!

I have been seeing Leza every 4 to 6 weeks for nearly two years. She always does an amazing job and is very sweet. I started going here more often when I got engaged and wanted great brows for my wedding photos (even my makeup artist commented on how great they looked!) I would definitely recommend PB if you have ever been unhappy with your brow shaping elsewhere and you want consistently great results. I have thick brows and they grow back quickly. Unfortunately, going to the wrong places resulted in inexperienced ladies removing too much hair until they thought my brows were even. It was terrible and some of the hair never grew back. Since going to the PB, my brows are now even and ladies are always giving me compliments. FYI It is $ 35.00 for an eyebrow wax, which includes a little eyebrow makeup at the end.

Amazing service! Amazing Location! Leza and her team are awesome and I’ve gotten several compliments on my brows. Your appointment is approximately 30 minutes and you get what you pay for!

I’m a little torn on how to review this place.
My brows always come out GREAT. They’re quick, and also aren’t going to just pluck wildly so you feel like you’ve had something done– they’re going to tell you where to let things grow in, they’re going to shape… they’re great. I’ve been coming here for almost three years.
But, in the past six months or so, there have been loads of problems. It seems to stem largely from a man working at the front desk– the owner’s husband, I think– who seems to have taken over a managerial role since the owner left to have a baby.
Since he’s been there:
–I constantly see him nagging and berating the women working. Once, my stylist was literally walking toward me, ONE MINUTE after my appointment time, when he called to another woman working there and said «If Jocelyn doesn’t get a move on, you can have her client.» I get the desire to keep things on schedule, dude, but we were literally one minute behind, and besides– how unprofessional, both to say this to another employee and in front of a customer (also, uh, no, I’m the client, and I’m not letting you «give» me to another stylist, thanks for asking).
–The appointment book has been a wreck. They still use an old school paper appointment book, and it’s always been somewhat chaotic. Since the man took over, though, it’s gotten flat out INSANE. Once, they called my mother to rebook her appointment– after she was already in the parking lot. She comes up from Kennesaw to get her brows done, so she basically wasted over an hour driving there and back for nothing. Another time, two women were in the waiting room and realized they’d both been booked for a stylist as the same time. It was clearly the man’s fault– when both customers said they’d received a confirmation call from him, he tried to backtrack, and say «Well, I didn’t confirm you were with THAT stylist…» He then tried to blame it on the stylist herself, who, thankfully, would have none of it. It also put the customers in a really awkward situation, since another stylist was available at the time. The guy asked both customers in FRONT OF the second stylist if they would like to see her instead of their usual, double-​booked person. They politely declined, and one just went home in the end, but still– super uncomfortable to put a client in the position of saying «No, I don’t want to see YOU.»
–With all that in mind it’s no surprise that since the man started working, there’s been huge turnover– it doesn’t seem to be a very pleasant working environment, these days. I saw my stylist for two years, and then one day, she was gone. I started seeing someone else, someone who has been there for ages, and today I got a call that she was gone as well.
I like Perfect Brow, but if nothing else, the turnover is going to have me going elsewhere soon.
ETA: The second woman to leave, Yvonne Parrish, has opened her own brow studio in Decatur! I loved her, so I’ll be going there. A little google-​fu and you can track it down. :)

I booked an appointment online a couple of months ago. I got a confirmation email, as well. Then, I needed to reschedule so I called the location. I learned that they didn’t even have my appointment on their books and I was informed that the online booking system doesn’t work!
I rescheduled by phone and went in for my brow appointment. The person who did my brows did a great job. I didn’t have to wait past my appointment time, she took my face shape into account, tweezed my eyebrows because I use a retinol cream, instructed me what my brows should look like, showed me how to use eyebrow powder, and then told me to come back in about five weeks. Great job all around (I wish I could remember her name).
Happily, I called to schedule several weeks later and went in for my next appointment. I got a new person and I am very disappointed. When she showed me my eyebrows in the mirror, they were a bit red because she had waxed and I was surprised to see that she had waxed much of what I was told to grow out and gave me higher arches when I’m trying to make my brows straighter to look better with my face shape. All in all, I wasn’t very happy but it was fine… until I got home and washed off the colored eyebrow powder she had put on my brows to cover up what she had done. I look like I got an $ 8 wax at a nail salon where they give you super skinny brows and she waxed too far down and ripped skin off. I’m really upset about it :(

Extremely slow, expensive and unnecessarily painful brow threading that is at best mediocre. I’ve never paid more than $ 12 for brow threading so as you can image I was shocked at the $ 30 service The Perfect Brow offers. Not only was it more than double the price, my brows look like I had them threaded at Supercuts.
I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of better options in this city. Save your time, money, and brows and avoid at all costs.

I have been to several brow threading places before and never left fully satisfied. I knew this place would be different and it was. A friend of mine recommended TPB on facebook so I immediately checked out their page and made an appointment. They determine your face shape first, then show you where your brow hair should be, and begin threading. After that they show you how to fill in your brows with powder where they should be. They were friendly and professional. I will absolutely be going back.

I came here for my follow-​up a month after my brow appointment. I tweezed a lot of the strays under my brows on my own, so I really only had a little bit of re-​growth. Again, Inca did a great job and I was really pleased.
For those of you concerned about costs — I asked Inca how often I should be getting my brows done (I get mine waxed, FYI). She said I could go to about every 5 weeks, possibly 6 — which can make a difference in cost.
Comparable places in Atlanta are in the same price range — and by «comparable» I mean places like Brow Bar and Browz NOT the back of the $ 25 manicure/​pedicure nail salon.
