This UPS Store is close to my work so it’s typically where I go. I’ve always had a perfectly fine experience with friendly staff. Today, very much not so. The person behind the counter was more than a little curt and unfriendly (and this with the manager there). Maybe it was the time of day and the shift, but I will be looking around for a more convenient and friendly shipping option.

I stopped in to the store today and the young lady behind the counter didn’t seem very welcoming. She seemed kind of bothered that I came in.

I am moving to Atlanta and am trying to find an address to ship my boxes to. In the past I could just call a UPS store and have them hold my boxes. The manager at this store is an Indian lady who talks a mile per minute, and is the rudest person at any UPS store that I have ever dealt with. She said that I could not ship my boxes to her store if I did not have a mail box. She would not accept a fax of my ID to open a mail box. I offerd to be at her store several days before the boxes arived, and fill out the forms and show ID. She said she would refuse to accept boxes without a box number.
