Your Intown Home Property Management Company specializes in single-​family and small multi-​family residential properties in Atlanta’s most interesting and charming neighborhoods.

We believe that communication is the key to a successful and profitable owner-​manager relationship.

Approximately ten percent of our portfolio-​under-​management are in-​house holdings in which the income and expenses are felt right in our own pocket book. We manage these properties using the very same programs and decision-​making algorithms that we use for our client’s properties. As such, we are fully invested in developing the best, most efficient systems; contracting with vendors that give us the best value for the dollar; and using the most sophisticated tenant screening practices and lease agreements that target stable, long-​term tenancies, which are the key to maximizing profitability in residential real estate investments.

History

Established in 2009.

The genesis of Your Intown Home Property Management dates back to 1997 when founder Cameron McCaa began managing his first investment property. For the next 13 years he purchased and managed his own rental investments. After serving as executive in the surgical device industry for 20+ years, Cameron decided to pursue his real estate passion full-​time and switched industries to start Your Intown Home Property Management.

In 2011, Cameron and the Your Intown Home team affiliated with Atlanta Intown Real Estate Services, a recognized leader in residential real estate in Atlanta’s most vibrant and sought-​after in-​town neighborhoods.

The goal of Your Intown Home Property Management is not to be the largest property management company in the Atlanta area, but to serve clients in the neighborhoods in which we specialize and to give back to those communities through participation in security patrols, neighborhood associations and other community organizations and activities.

Business Owner

Cameron McCaa has been managing rental property since 1997. Recognizing a need in the market for a property management company focused solely on intown Atlanta and with the outstanding customer service he had come to value in his corporate career, he launched Your Intown Home Property Management to address the particular requirements of in-​town property owners and tenants.

Cameron personally handles all current and potential owner-​relationships. He loves nothing more than meeting with owners and tenants and strategizing about how to make his customers happy. As a resident of intown Atlanta for almost 30 years, Cameron volunteers for community festivals and fundraisers and serves on neighborhood association committees. He understands the importance of community and works towards ensuring that intown neighborhoods benefit from Your Intown Home’s ability to recruit outstanding tenants and manage well-​maintained properties.
