Be careful here. Clothes for sale have holes in them. Place is super messy. The dressing rooms have piles of tried on clothes. I tried to return a sweater that was really too small. They wouldn’t take it back because I cut the tags off and even though I had 2 of the original 3 tags AND my receipt AND spoke with the store manager, they wouldn’t even give me a store credit for the $ 29.99 sweater. I asked the manager who kept saying that’s the policy to have some flexibility but instead she said NO and that I had to take sweater with me. Ha! I tried to imagine how they were going to physically make me take it. I left it and walked out. Cheap clothes with discount store mentality.

Staff is horrible. No help whatsoever, extremely rude, and when they did have my size in stock they told me «you can order it yourself.» Completely appalling. I’m a tourist, and this gives the city and the people in it a bad name. Wish I could give it zero stars.

Lousy service. Waited by the fitting rooms to ask a worker a question, 3 different associates put their head down and pushed through us while we waited for acknowledgement. One employee finally looked up and snobbishly asked me to move two steps away from the fitting room (I’m with my wife well away from women’s fitting room). Finally got somebody to check for shoes in the back, she sat there for 30 seconds trying to pawn it off on another employee, but unfortunately had to look herself (she was 5 feet from the stockroom door).

No one ever greets me here :(I think the service is pretty bad, but I love the deals. Zara always has stuff going on sale!

nice store with a lot to select from. my issue is iv been two different times. first time i was like maybe its just the day but there were at least 6 workers i saw. no one said hello, do u need help or anything. next time same thing but there were more workers. not to mention this was on a monday and tues when the crowd was not large. i was very disappointed in the service

Customer service is terrible. 90% of the time I’ve shopped here I very rarely get any help. It’s almost like they ignore you so that you won’t asking for anything however when you do get help it’s with an attitude. I have to admit there was a nice lady there first thing in the morning this past weekend when they had their major sale and she was the only happy face I experienced over three visits there in two days and several hundred dollars later. If I didn’t love the brand so much I would not shop here.

I have to say that this is the worst Zara store I have ever seen/​visited. I have been a couple of times there and especially my wife likes Zara and shops online a lot at Zara.
The problem at this store is there staff — they are unfriendly and not helpful at all. So for example you ask if they have this size available and they always say instantly: «No only what you can see.» For sure when you search long enough you can find it often by yourself.
Last Saturday there was one dress my wife would like to try and they had only one on display left. When she asked if she could try this one, also again: «No I can’t give you this.»
It would have taken them one minute to give her the dress — and why do they have something on display in the middle of the store, what you can’t actually?
I could continue this for hours now!!! But for sure there is never a manager there where you could complain — maybe this is the reason why they are not helpful at all.
The whole store is messy and the fluctuation of the employees seems to be high.
So at all a mismanaged store, with employees who don’t care about customers in a top location at Lenox with plenty of very good other choices to spend your dollars.
We will not go back again after all this frustrating shopping experiences with Zara.

I have visited this store a few times and have yet to purchase anything. Maybe it’s because I’m not skinny, but just about everything I tried on was cut weird and felt cheap. I had such high hopes but nothing in this store seed worth it.

Zara is one of my favorite place to shop for trendy clothes. I always find something that you won’t usually get at other places for relatively cheaper price (not dirt cheap). Also don’t forget to check out their Sales racks for further discounts. I especially like Zara at Lenox mall because it’s bigger and usually well kept.
But at the same time, they don’t have good stuff consistently all year mostly because they run out of stocks very fast. It’s cruel when you see some clothes you like but only not available in your size! So it’s something you have to go, see and be surprised. Also, be careful that most of their clothes have European sizes written prominently (European sizes are generally smaller than US sizes). They do have conversions on each but it’s easy to miss it. So I recommend trying before buying one.

I recently shopped your store in Atlanta at Lenox Mall. Besides my birthday, the sole purpose was to come and shop at Zara because we do not have a Zara in St. Louis. I found the amazing pair of flat studded sandal in the nude color, which feel like Im walking on air! Absolutely love them! I purchased them for $ 79.90. Days later at the airport I looked online and saw that the sandals where on sale for $ 49.99! I called the store and they said they are unable to do price adjustments but I can return them and buy them back at the sale price. This makes perfect sense except in live in St. Louis and we do not have a Zara unfortunately.
I called the store and they said there is nothing they can do.
I think this completely unfair to a customer. So Zara is saying that if I flew back to Atlanta, walked into the store I can return the shoes and buy them back at the store discount price? But there is nothing anyone can do for me because I cant get to a Zara store? Remind you this price change was only DAYS later, not even a week or months.
I do not feel like good customer service is being provided in this situation.

Found this AMAZING pair of trendy sandals! ZARA is hands down one of my favorite places to shop. They literally have something for every aspect of your lifestyle! Many of their pieces can be transitional from office hours to Happy Hour!
The only drawback is they run out of their items quick! I would suggest figuring out when the get shipment and shop on those days.

I love their fashion and their prices. Very trendy and stylish. I own several bottoms and it’s been through many cyles in my washer and yet still holding strong.

This European-​based chain is high on style and yet easy on the pocket book. They merchandise the clothes to help you create a variety of looks using various pieces in the collection. You’ll find something for daytime, casual, weekend, work or a special event. The staff is helpful yet allows you to browse freely if you need time to adsorb the options.

Love their styles.

I recently discovered this fabulous store. I know, I know. under a rock I guess :/​But I simply loves it! Found a fabu lil black dress here for my birthday that had my date melting in his seat Pulp Fiction style.
Onto the service… hmmm Ok I guess. Sometimes you get someone kind enough to want to start you a fitting room (usually a guy) but then their are those awkward moments when the associates are bickering amongst themselves in front of customers. Awkward. The whole team needs a company retreat ASAP or maybe the winter blues has kicked in. Either way, I find it uncomfortable.
Oh, but Heather was real helpful once. She was such a doll I couldn’t forget her name!

Ive been a fan of Zara since 2005ish when I lived in Northern Cal and I was so disappointed when I found out there wasn’t one here in Atlanta.
Soon after Zara appeared in Lennox and all was well again. This is the best inexpensive store ever. My style is more Euro/​Jackie O than anything and now Zara makes it all worthwhile to go to Lennox.
The sales are incredible and there you can always find something cute for a night out, a dinner date, or just a casual hip outfit for work. Also if you wear a 6.5 or 7 size shoe you can walk out of there with a cute pair of pumps or sandals practically for free!
In an attempt to minimize, I have banned myself from going into Zara although I had a slight slip up the other day.

My husband loves to shop the menswear section, and always finds nice items, though I was kind of shocked this last time at some of the cheaper fabrics they had for trousers.
The only reason I give 3 and not 5 stars is because of one of the b*tchy sales“men” is always (over a year’s worth of visits) incredibly rude to us and this last time literally pushed my 4 year old daughter aside in the dressing area, even though she was keeping to herself. He acts like he’s a disenfranchised heir of the Zara company being made to work his way up from the bottom in order to receive his shares, and how dare we ask him any questions or, God forbid, ring us up.

Always been a fan of Zara. Imagine if H&M had an older sister. Both have similar styles and can borrow clothes from each other, but you know that the older one has had a bit more experience and knows that is more about quality of pieces vs quantity. That aspect is where Zara trumps H&M
Price points are a bit higher and rarely do they have sales, so know that you may be paying a bit more than your other «fast fashion» shops. This store has a lot of great items in stock, but they do make it difficult to find everything you want. Anytime I come here, I end up surveying the entire men’s side to find other similar style clothes (ie a mannequin head highlighting winter wear could potentially be no where near the winter accessories, or they only have what’s on the mannequin). That can be a bit discouraging, especially when you’re trying to find something on their lookbook and realize they don’t carry any of it in store.
Sigh, Zara, you’re good, but so damn difficult at times, just like a real older sister.

I like Zara — but the Atlanta store just doesn’t seem to carry as many pieces as their stores in New York (which in no way compare to the stores in France and Spain) so I only give three stars.
Their TRF section is especially lacking in terms of their selection — however, I’ll try not to complain — there isn’t another Zara to go to anyway!

Where has Zara been all of my life? Seriously, I was introduced to the store today by my friend Rami who is visiting from Los Angeles. We walked in and from the look of the store and because of it’s location in the new upstairs addition to the Neiman’s wing I immediately assumed that everything would be pricey. Wrong. Cute jeans for $ 40. Rami ended up getting a super cute men’s swimsuits for $ 29. Love it!
