Our deadbolt stopped working. I needed to call a locksmith and so I called Auburn safe and lock. Andy showed up right away, and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within a half hour.
I recommend Auburn safe and lock. They did a great job and Andy was very easy to talk to and it was such a relief to finally have the problem solved.

Worst customer service ever. I have never met anyone as rude as the gentleman that I spoke to here. His name is Andy and he is NOT the owner of the business. The owner is also named Andy.
I ordered a kelyess entry phob for my car and the owner of the business at the time charged me half down for a deposit. After the merchandise came in he called me to pick it up and when I arrived he told me he had lost it. I tried several times to get it from him. I moved out of the area after that and considered it a wash. However 2 years later I received a call from Andy saying that they had found the phob. I let him know that I no longer had the car and would like a refund. He said he couldn’t do that because the business had changed ownership. He did tell me that I could pay the remaining balance to them and pick up the phob. That made no sense to me because it had been so long since they found it and I no longer had the car. I told him I would be willing to pick it up and not pay any more money and call it a wash. He would not allow me to do that either.
