History
Established in 2011.
Bam Dazy Competition BBQ and Catering started in our backyard with family and friends over a basic gas grill. One day, someone asked the fateful question, «Why don’t you guys enter a BBQ competition?»
And that’s how it began. Named for two beloved Boston Terriers, Bam and Daisy, we put together our team and entered our first competition. We won the Critic’s Choice Award and haven’t looked back.
2011 was a fun and exciting year for Bam Dazy with an ambitious competition schedule and the opening of our restaurant. The restaurant is on the corner of Highway 49 and Shale Ridge Lane. Our goal is to make you feel like you are at our house. With down home hospitality and of course to be served competition quality BBQ.
Meet the Business Owner
Brendon and Meghan S.
Business Owner
Brendon and Meghan Sullivan, the owners and founders of Bam Dazy BBQ, are as down home as they come. Raised with hard working families and taught that hard work pays off. Brendon worked as an EMT and fire fighter for Peardale Chicago Park Fire Department and Sierra Nevada Hospital before opening the doors at the restaurant. He will always be a part of the EMS community and keep a watchful eye over his fellow «people savers». Meghan works for Sutter Roseville in the operating room. With her busy schedule at work, with kids and riding her horse, she works the back end of Bam Dazy, coordinating weddings and other catering events. They have 2 kids, which they hope love and continue on the legacy of the BAM DAZY. They love their pets like their children, thus the name Bam and Daisy. Bam Dazy BBQ is their blood, sweat and tears and they will see that they continue on serving the public REAL BBQ, comfort food for the soul with a little bit of California flare. Put a little Bam in your Dazy.
