Seriously for your dogs’ safety don’t go here!!! She cut part off part of my friend’s dog’s tail! I can’t even explain how horrific it was. It wasn’t even just a small cut or just the very end of her tail, but a large section. Since this happened I have heard of a couple other dogs that needed veterinary care after leaving the salon.

Doggy Styles has a new name! Hair of the Dog Pet Grooming! Same location, same great service and great staff! Jessica has been the owner for a few years now and all I can say is that she just keeps getting better and better at her trade! She truly does love animals and it shows. If you are looking for a good groomed, look no further!

I recently went here and they did a good job on our dog but they also did my cat which I wasn’t impressed with at the least. They were over priced for cat grooming and did a sloppy job of the shaving they did on her stomach to get the knots off. I also found numerous knots on her after the fact which was the main reason I get her groomed which really got to me because that’s why people bring their long haired indoor cats to you! Decent service but I wouldn’t recommend going here for animals who have soft knotted hair. Find a groomer with more attention to detail for the money you pay!

Best grooming and best price in town. We tried 2 others and came back to Doggy Styles. The price difference is significant and the cut was superior. Our 85 lb dog has skin issues and they are always careful with product choices, included using his special shampoo treatment that had to sit on him for 10 mins. Great customer service!

I had brought my dogs here when they had a different owner and found her friendly and competent, but not entirely reliable about being there when she said she would. They have a new owner and she was recommended to me by a friend. I took both my dogs in and they did a terrific job at a reasonable price. When I told her I wanted to bring my dogs in today she said she was booked solid but would call in one of her assistants so I wouldn’t have to delay the appointment. I really appreciate that kind of service, although I hope the assistant still gets some time off. We’ll be returning.

Made an appointment a few days in advance, showed up at my appointment time and no one was there. No note on the door, no voice mail message explaining why no one was there, nothing. I waited for about 20 minutes before giving up and going to another, much more fantastic, place by the train station. It wasn’t until 10 days later that I get a call from Doggy Styles apologizing for missing my appointment and asking if I’d like to reschedule. Unacceptable. This is no way to run a business. Sure the gal says she had a family emergency but you do not leave your customers hanging for 10 days!!! I will not be returning and will not be recommending this business to anyone.

I was EXTREMELY pleased with the grooming of my German Shepherd. I bought a Living Social coupon to give them a try. It’s a bit farther to drive, for me, but worth it! My dog and I were both happy with the experience.
