The highlight reel of my remodeling career includes; Board member of NARI, pioneering a design build home remodeling firm as the principle designer (and would describe myself as a re-​sculptor of homes), and three CoTY design-​build awards.

Today I run Aladdin Appraisal, Greater Boston’s Non-​Lender Appraisal experts. My approach is complete immersion into each appraisal. This has earned a first-​rate reputation among Greater Boston’s lenders, lawyers, realtors, accountants, attorneys and homeowners.

I have also coached my daughter’s basketball team and assisted at soccer, sort of. I hope to find the time this year to become training to deliver the Success for Teens Seminar and I still yearn for a chance to rip apart something and put those remodeling tools to use.
