Mark came over at the time he said he would, inspected my washer and diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and told me the cost of the part, the service call and to install the part.
He’s true to his word, had the job done in thirty minutes as he said he would and the price stayed the same. No gimmicks, no sales jobs and no over-​inflating the cost of the part.
