What is a Real Estate Advocate?

By definition, an Advocate is one that pleads the cause of another and defends or promotes the interests of their clients before their own interests. This distinction is emphasized in specialized training in regard to an Agents fiduciary responsibility to a client and in depth analysis of the «Texas Code of Ethics» as it applies practically to the real estate transaction. I have training specific to Contract Negotiations, Communication Styles, Working successfully with other Realtors, Mortgage Loan procedures and Contract to Close procedures.

However, first and foremost it is a disposition of character and integrity.

I worked mainly with referrals of my past clients and friends and never take more business than I can personally handle and handle well. Communication between the Agent and Client is the most important aspect of the relationship and is key to a successful real estate transaction.
