At Austin Event Studio we offer wedding planning, Birthday Party, Anniversary Party and Baby Shower planning in addition to corporate event planning.

Full Service Wedding Planning:

We will take care of all the details so you can relax and enjoy your wedding planning process. We help find venues and vendors and design the reception of your dreams. We provide a wedding checklist and a wedding timeline. Our services start at $ 800.

Day-​of Coordinator:

If you are a DIY couple or are good at organizing and have always dreamed of planning your wedding, you may just need someone to help pull everything together. We get involved with the details 4 – 6 weeks out. Our fee is based on the time that is require to ensure your wedding looks the way you want it. Rates start at $ 500.

We also create Social Events including birthday parties, anniversary parties, baby showers, bridal showers and more. We can ease the stress by creating everything from a theme and invitations to booking entertainment and catering. Austin Event Studio gives you piece of mind that ever detail will be taken care of and you will not have to worry or work. Your event can be produced in your home, office or we can help you to find the perfect spot. Every event is different, so email us to receive a customized quote.

History

Established in 2013.

I created the Austin Event Studio in 2013 after planning parties, weddings and events for friends and family for years. I am a 3^rd generation party planner, but the first to do it full time. My mother was the ultimate hostess, making each event welcoming, fun and elegant for everyone. It was important to her that everyone enjoy themselves and feel like they have attended something very special. I strive for that same feeling at all the weddings and other events I have the privilege to help with.

I have been creating events for many years. I have a degree in business and an eye for design. I love working with people and tapping into their ideas and imaginations to fuel my creativity for their wedding or event! I have experience designing complete weddings from concept to the send off. I also love coming in the month of a wedding to help take the stress off the bride and family by setting up the venue and making sure everything runs smoothly.
