I contacted Prestige limo for a birthday surprise for my girlfriend. I had planned out an entire day and the arrival of the limo was to be the icing on the cake. Danny, the owner, assured me we would only be charge hourly and there was no fuel charge, etc. Only hourly. The surprise was somewhat foiled as the limo driver was over 30 minutes late. I had been in contact with the actual driver and told him the plan hours in advance. When he did arrive the Car was filthy with what looked like swirled mud wipe job everywhere. It was a joke and looked ever so low end. At the first stop I asked the driver to go get it washed and he wiped it down with rags in front of the bar that we drank champagne.
After our 4 hour drive about and the end of the night I tipped the idiot driver to much, but that was my fault. I checked my credit card statement 2 days later and realized they had charged me for 6 hours instead of 4.
I have called them 4 times to remedy the blatant overcharge and there has been no remedy and no call back. Even Speaking to Danny the owner twice… then the last call I was told «Danny is traveling to his home country». This is now 2.5 months ongoing.
So to sum up.
1. Not new or newish limos with lots of wear on the inside
2. Drivers who dont care about punctuality nor about their cars being clean. (inside was rough too with no ice)
3. Overbilling and no customer service (outside of taking credit card numbers) Dont
Go with Executive Limo and spend a little more. You will be happier.

i’m 50 years old and this was my first time renting a limo to go out and have dinner and couple of drinks with friends. First company I called was Austin Prestige Limousine, the person who answered my call his name was Danny he was very helpful explained everything to me in details also gave me a really good price since it was my first time renting a limo. The service was great supper clean limo, the driver was very professional and funny at the same time. It was a great experience with Prestige limo my friends and I decided to do this at least 2 times a year using prestige limo. Again thanks Danny and our driver Michael.

Landed in Austin very late on a Sunday night and my flight was delayed by 2 hours .
We didn’t think the Austin prestige limousine driver would wait for us without being informed by U.S. Flight was delayed.
he was outside waiting for us and his help was amazing during our visit that lasted 4 days for business in Austin .
I would highly recommend Austin prestige limousine to everyone.

Nope, nope, nope. Tried to use their online system but since the airline was not listed I had to call. Over the phone they were unable to get the correct directions down AND when I called to update it, they had the audacity to tell me that it was my fault. Never again.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is as unprofessional as it gets. I’m not convinced with the other 5 star ratings on here. The limo driver left our party at a location and it took hours to get it all sorted out — for services we booked weeks in advance (of which I have email copies of). I have called numerous times, at least 8 to speak with customer service and they refuse to call us back or communicate with us. I have also contacted the BBB in order to resolve this. I have tried to contact the company via their facebook page, contact us form on the website and phone. It’s one thing to make a mistake, it’s another to not own up to it and ignore the customer. If you go with this business, you are really taking a chance. There are just to many other reliable car service companies in town to risk it…

I’m just replying here to the business reply to my original post. Not 100% sure if I’m doing that correctly. You replied to the wrong customer. I didn’t have 12 passengers. We only had 8. Our service was not on May 19^th, it was on April 25^th… So, please make sure you are replying to the correct customer before accusing us of bribery. This is completely laughable and I stand by my original rating of 1 star. By the way, for anyone reading this, I have tried to contact Austin Prestige Limo on multiple occasions, and they have never, not once accepted my call, nor reached out to me. So, again, this is who you are dealing with. They don’t even have enough common sense to make sure they are replying to the correct person here. I have since requested that my bank reverse the charges and I have filed a complaint with the Austin BBB.

I used austin prestige limo for my friend’s Bachelorette party yesterday, the driver was professional and on time the hummer limo was very clean filled with cold soft drink, water and ice and I love ice. One hour after we got dropped i received a call from the driver saying that he found an Iphone and makeup bag and that tells me a lot about this company and their employees. I can’t say enough good things about the service. I will always recommend them.

I had my 21^st birthday and I wanted a limo. So my girlfriends and I made plans to drive around Austin. Placed to have a limo at 8 PM at my house and they came by actually 15 minutes early. We were ready by then anyways. The chauffeur opened the door for us and was very sweet! We had a good time rolling around Austin. Definitely would do this again for a special occasion. :)

My friends introduce me to this company, when I needed a limo service for my bachelor party. Service is excellent, driver showed up on time, very well mannered, no problem when it came to taking us to any destination we wanted to go. Limo was very clean and a lot of room, so you don’t need to worry about space. If you need a limo service this would be the place to get it from because you won’t be disappointed.

Customer service is great. The drive got there an hour earlier and he was super nice. The car was super luxurious and provided all of our needs. Also recommended it to another friend and they were really happy with the service too.

I had the Hummer limo with a group of friends this weekend and the experience was great the inside is amazing and full of space you can play ball in there. We wanted to get picked up at a friends house which wasn’t a problem the driver showed up on time then we went downtown to eat and have a great night out at the end of the night the driver drove us home in a comfortable manner without a problem

reserved a Lincoln Stretch for 10 people… driver was kind and on time. it was cold and drizzling and the limo HEAT did NOT WORK! And the windows were wet and fog covered… on the INSIDE of the car. I was a little embarrassed because I was responsible for providing the car and it cost $ 700.

Reserved a town car for 7:30 pm January 21. We agreed on the price and I was told gratuity was entirely up so me. The payment confirmation came the day of the reservation and a «20% standard gratuity» had already been added. That’s the least of the issues. The driver called me after 7:00 and said that the car had mechanical problems and he would be about 20 minutes late. He was subsequently provided with a replacement vehicle (by his boss) but the boss failed to give the driver the key for the electronic ignition. So when the driver finally arrived at my house and he stopped the car, he couldn’t restart the vehicle. So we waited for the boss to bring the car key. We were about one hour late.
I sent an email to Prestige Limo later that week and never received a response — no apology, no partial refund, nothing.
Definitely would not use this company again.

Austin Prestige Limo did a great job serving our needs. They arrived early to our pick up location, the bus was very clean (all though it did not look like the one on their website, also it was described as an «all-​inclusive» party bus that provided ice, water, & soda. This was not the case, I have to say I was a little disappointed by this) However, I was very impressed with their driver, David. He was very nice and professional the whole evening. He was very accommodating to our every request and even made a pit stop on the way home so that one of our guests could use the restroom!

Just had our limo driver arrive to our Austin home in a town car for a planned trip for dinner and lights along the river walk in San Antonio. We have 6 people and they brought us a fucking town car! The owner asked if I looked at the confirmation. I impolitely said I did not receive a confirmation which is why I called twice to confirm the reservation for this EXACT reason. They then suggested that we take two town cars… are you fucking kidding me? Needless to say our outing is now changed and we found a car service that actually can get shit done. Never use this company — like fucking ever!!! Bye Felicia.

I just wanted to thank your company for their promptness in picking up our party. Thank you also for driving us around till the very last minute we paid for. wishing I can add more stars to the review. met all my dream expectation of a bachelor party .I hired Austin Prestige Limo for a for my last night out with the boys night out a few weeks back, and I would gracefully recommend it to anymore seeking a Lemo service. Punctuality, integrity, hospitality and courtesy of the staff made it a life change experience. A birthday celebration is a special day, but Danny (the owner) positive altitude made my day very unique and joyful. Gratitude Austin prestige limo for your outstanding cordial service. 5 thumps up … keep up the great work.

Once more Austin Prestige Limo exceeded our expectations. We had a family night out and they sent us a beautiful, clean Limo. The driver was excellent.
This was the second time we used their limo service but I have also used their town car to and from the airport and they were on time and professional then as well.

I called Austin prestige limo for limo rental for my friend bachelorette party we scheduled a pick up at 9 PM the driver arrived 20 minutes before time which was great the limo was clean and nice looking pretty from the interior. I asked to be picked up promptly at 1:30 AM. The driver showed picked us right on time. We tipped him reallly good for being punctual and professional. I highly recommend this limo company. I will definitely be using them again for the next event. This way is safer, worry-​free and no hassle of finding and paying for parking. All in all it is more convenient.

Great service. Great cars. Great prices. Super responsive to calls and emails. Making, confirming, and changing reservations (even last-​minute) has always been seamless.
Definitely use and recommend them!
