We’ve been patients at ARC for numerous years. We’ve enjoyed the ongoing care from Dr Michelle Markley who is so patient oriented… My spouse, our 20yo daughter and I are part of her medical marvel. Our son and daughter are patients of Dr William Gettman, who, having 4 children of his own absolutely understands kids and loves them. He puts them at ease and they do enjoy seeing his gentle, laid back manner with his attitude observation for us! Awesome facility.

First time visit for me was get my fiancée’s first sonogram and blood work done. The doctors and front desk clerks were helpful, fun, and friendly. The waiting room as well as most of the building has FREE WiFi. The parking is pretty regular priced. $ 1/​hour more or less. I will be back the 5^th of october for follow-​ups. and several more times up until the 18^th of April.

The doctors are nice but the practice is just too busy. The wait is horrible. I even checked in at the same time as another person with the same appointment time with the same doctor. It feels like they pack the rooms and move through them as fast as possible. The staff is robotic and a little rude. It feels like assembly line healthcare. But like I said I like my doctor just nothing else…

Ellen Jatinen, a nurse practioner, is absolutely wonderful. She always takes the time to talk things through with you and I never feel rushed. She is smart, compassionate and best of all makes what is not a fun experience, tolerable.

ARC has a huge network of doctors with thousands of patients and I’m sure there are doctors that are great at ARC… however, that was not my experience. I was rushed through my annual exam with my doctor and did not feel taken care of at all. I wanted to talk about my birth control options and a few other small issues with my doctor, but she didn’t listen to me at all, just wrote me prescriptions and left. Yuck. If you want to establish a relationship or rapport with a doctor… don’t do it here.

This location of ARC is their OB/​GYN location. Now, in my opinion, when choosing a «female doctor,» you need to be thinking about the whole group, not just the doctor that you choose to make your own. Why? Because if you have an emergency in the middle of the night, you’re getting whomever is on call, your doctor isn’t necessarily gonna drop everything they’re doing to rush to your aid.
Having worked in surgery with these doctors, I don’t hesitate to recommend them over the other practices around town. My doctor, Diane Brinkman, has an incredibly gentle touch and she knows how to handle a scalpel. That’s what I’M looking for in a female doctor. Lately, however, I’ve been seeing their PA, Cheryl Johnston (
…) she’s just as fabulous.
