I messed up my bumper and wanted it repaired quickly. I hate all things related to car repair and maintenance. Blah!
Autotek gave me their number as well since they don’t do body work repair. Wayne and staff at Austins Collision & Custom Body Works were great. They took great care of my car and were so reasonable. Such a nice experience.
I highly recommend this place and would definitely use them again!

My bumper and tail light were smashed in. I normally go to Autotek for all my car repairs (they’re awesome!), and they recommended this body shop bc they don’t do body work. Austin Collision and Custom Bodyworks was just as fantastic! They matched the color of my bumper carefully and ordered the parts the same week! Every step was quick, easy, and professional as you would want/​expect from a car shop. The guys here are all super friendly and honest! They are very reasonably priced and customer-​service oriented. They’re a family/​local business just like Autotek! Once my bumper came in, it was replaced in less than 15 minutes! Amazing!

If you ever have the misfortune to have an accident, this is the place to go! The quality of workmanship is the best and the owner, Rodney Austin, is an honest guy who knows what he’s doing. I’ve used their services on several occasions and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They also do restorations of classic vehicles. If you need body work done and want a quality job with honest pricing and management, I can recommend them 100% without reservation.

I have a 2007 Toyota Rav-​4. My son was over-​zealous one day and tried to close the hood with the kickstand still in place. As a result, the hood got crinkled all out of whack. I bought a replacement hood and took it Austin’s Collision on the recommendation of my mechanics at Auto Tek. Wayne at Austin’s Collision gave me a quick quote and stuck to it. I dropped off the hood and let them spend a few minutes matching the paint. Then Wayne called me back a few days later, installed the new hood while I ate my lunch, and now my hood’s all better; I can’t tell the difference. They did a fantastic job, they were quick and efficient, and I am very grateful for their honesty and integrity. I will absolutely use them again if I am ever in need of such service.

I finally have a car I adore, and the money to get some custom work done. Finding a trustworthy auto body shop can be daunting, so let me save you some time. Get your work done here.
The Breakdown:
— Clean waiting room with comfortable chairs and cool but not cold a/​c! Can it be? Why, yes… yes it can! The restroom is spotless too!
— I had accent body molding installed (which I surely would have effed up), and Rodney took the time to go over how it should look, and he did a perfect job.
— Great price! I like to install things myself when I can, but like I said, I would have jacked this up royally. The price for install was very reasonable!
— Great customer service is always a plus, and even though I was only getting basic work done, I was still treated like a valued customer. Also, I wish I got her name, but the woman at the desk was very friendly and polite both over the phone and while I was waiting.
— We discussed other work I’d like done, and I was welcomed to come back with any future projects.
The Bottom Line:
I was spoken to like an adult, I was treated as a valued customer despite only having a small relatively cheap request. The time and accuracy used to install my trim lets me know they treated my car just as delicately as any of the GORGEOUS cars they have in the parking lot. They clearly have a standard of excellence they uphold, and I guarantee I’ll be back here in the coming months for my spoiler installation. HIGHLY recommended!

I have always loved my 11 year old car, but after a fender bender 3 years ago, and backing into a concrete post, I found myself driving a dogpatch. The rain was it’s wash & wax, and the routine oil change kept her going. After a long, hard decision of whether or not to keep my beat up Honda for another year or go brand new with car payments, I decided to hang on and fix her up. I found Austin’s Collisions & Body Works through my mechanic, Autotek. I went in and Rodney spent a great deal of time, very thorough, putting a quote together for me of what the damage would be. I REALLY appreciated that he talked me out of re-​painting my entire car. I definitely would not recoup that money and he could have easily talked me into it. That is one of many great compliments to these guys, he respected me and did NOT try to rip me off, quoting me for things I did not need. Also, instead of replacing my entire rear bumper, he worked his magic and it looks brand new. One of the best parts of my experience is that the price was incredible! I was expecting it to be at least $ 2k over what he quoted and I am sure, being a single woman, another establishment would have taken advantage of me being naïve and inflated what needed to be done. I also have to give huge kudos to Wayne. I was returning from a trip and my car wasn’t quite finished. He called and offered to pick me up, take me home, and pick me back up when my car was finished. This was a tremendous help, and I am still extremely grateful for the outstanding customer service… so thank you :). Do yourself a favor if you need any body work done on your car… go see Rodney & Wayne and get it done. Thanks guys.
