Back ‘n Place Chiropractic

Dr. Nick is amazing. He’s helped prevent migraines when I’ve been able to get to him at the onset. He has a unique & effective way of setting even the tiniest vertebrae at the very top of my neck into place. He’s just plain good at what he does. I miss seeing him regularly, but that’s only because of my financial situation. He’s very reasonable, but my situation prevents me from going as often as I would like.

I would highly recommend this place. They take walk-​ins, it’s reasonably priced, and Dr. Nick is professional, personable, efficient, and great at what he does!
I came in to get an adjustment after exacerbating a recurring back injury. I let with so much more! I told Dr. Nick that I was in a hurry because I had to get back to work. He was very efficient and asked my permission to do a variety of treatments and gave me a breakdown of exactly how long each part would take. With my insurance, I only had to pay a $ 25 copay which included an x-​ray so Dr. Nick could look at my spine, some sort of electrode machine that helped relax my back muscles, and an adjustment! I’m so glad I found this place and will be going back soon!

Dr. Nick is always friendly, takes the time to listen to what’s going on, and has much better memory that I do, somehow he can remember details much better than I.
While I never feel rushed he is also very quick and efficient.
Before I came to see him I was in a great deal of pain on a constant daily basis.
On my first visit he was able to x-​ray, come up with and begin a treatment plan.
I started out 3 times a week at first, then decreased to twice, then weekly, followed by every 2 weeks, and now I go as needed due to work.
I haven’t been going as often as I should due to a busy work and family life, but I highly recommend him.

I was visiting Austin for SXSW. The doctor is highly knowledgable, gentle but strong and very thorough! Plus the prices are extremely reasonable. And the receptionist is super sweet!

YES! YES! YES! In and out in less than 10 minutes! The good doc reviewed my issues~and then crack, boom, BAM! My shoulders and neck worked like they are supposed too! He released pressure/​tightness from under my shoulder blades~I didnt know an adjustment could happen there! He knows the voodoo that he do! And the front desk chick gets props for having me in and out swiftly!

Just moved to the area and I love my new chiro! He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He goes above and beyond an ordinary adjustment and has some cool massage machines that feel awesome! Definitely recommend to anyone!

Simply great. Walked right in without an appointment and Madi the receptionist was there to happily greet me. I slapped a little money down on the counter and she took me into the back immediately to get fixed right up. Dr. Nick was a super cool guy! He did a quick yet thorough examination of me and then set me on the table to work his magic. A few good pops and cracks later I was feeling as good as new. Total process had to be less than 15 minutes. I will happily be revisiting this location any time I need another readjustment.

Dr. Nick knows the body and how to manage pain. I came in for a routine adjustment and Dr. Nick knew just how to remediate my symptoms. It’s easy getting appointments and the front staff, Madi is friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Back ‘N’ Place.

Why is it as good as it gets? No appointment needed… drop in «stop and pop!» Competent Chiro and he even has a «that was easy» button to press on your way out.

I am a personal trainer and had neck pain after a training day (it hurt to turn my head). I went to see Dr. Nick and he is very friendly and makes you feel so comfortable! Marisee at the front desk is hospitable and informative as well :) Great environment to walk into!!! I hadn’t seen a chiropractor since I was a teenager and felt nervous bc the guy I saw when I was younger was really rough with my neck, that bad experience left me fearful with chiropractors, so I went to Dr. Nick a bit nervous. After a consult to find the root of the problem, Dr. Nick, worked out the muscle first and very gently adjusted my neck (I felt no pain in the process, was very relaxed and felt safe!) Honestly ALL neck pain went away! I woke up the following day with absolutely NO NECK PAIN!!! It’s been a week later and my neck is still pain free!!! Really impressed with Dr. Nick’s skill! I def will be going back! :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Stopped in today on a whim as I was in pain and very much in need of relief. Dr. Nick was great and very thorough. I was happily surprised to see that they take insurance and offer the whole deal – additional therapies, xrays, etc. I didn’t expect all that in a walk in place. Front desk staff were very nice and accomodating as well. I’m already feeling better than I was. Will definitely be going back.

I could barely walk for the sciatic nerve pain in my back and down both legs. After first treatment the pain in my right leg went away. After the second treatment I could walk standing up straight. By the end of the first week I could get out of bed without the pain shooting down my left leg. It was a miracle for me to get free of pain in such a short period to time.
This was the first time I had ever gone to a chiropractor and was amazed that he could d so much in such a short period of time. It is wonderful to get my life back again. I highly recommend Dr. Nick.

I have greatly enjoyed the treatment I get at Back’N’Place. I’ve been going there for many months now and find my body very improved. When I practice martial arts, I do not have the same back pains and «achy» feeling I have had most of my life. Also, Dr. Nick is a very friendly fellow who is fun to interact with.
I will say that I miss the chocolates Kim used to hand out when she worked there though! :)

I’ve been very happy with my experiences here. He was able to identify my back problem with certainty and come up with a good, personalized way of getting me healthy again. Most importantly to me, he answers all of my questions thoroughly and explains himself very well. Very satisfied!

One of the best Chiropractors that I’ve used. Very quick but thorough. I can get in and out around 30 minutes and know that all my issues have been addressed.
