Bates Design Associates is an award winning, full service interior design firm. While we specialize in high-​end interiors, we work on projects of all sizes. We love to tackle both new construction and remodels, do consulting and coordination with architects. Residential and commercial interiors continue to be our focus. Our goal as designer is to enhance the style of our client, to collaborate with them to create a space they love to inhabit.

Kim Bates is a licensed and an award winning interior designer. She has served on the board of the Austin Community American Society of Interior Designers.

History

Established in 2010.

Kim Bates, ASID, CID is a licensed interior designer who has been in the field of design for over 20 years. She has trained under well-​known top designers in Dallas and now has her own business. While the focus of her work is local, she has worked on projects nationally and internationally. She is an award winning designer and is a past board member of the Austin Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers. All design assistants at the firm are degreed in the area of interior design.
