Benefit Brow Bar at Ulta

I love this place. The concept could wear on others but not on me. I checked all the reviews of nearby local shops and they were horrid to downright scary. Is it expensive to go here yes my total was in the twenties with tip is that more than I usually pay yes but Im paying for expertise and im tired of mistakes or nasty places so it is worth it. My brows really are the thing I just wont skimp on anymore.
I had been growing out my brows forever and the last thing I wanted was too thin, double dip wax causing me to break out or people not listening to how I wanted my brows. I think im at my wits end with my brows looking bad.
I went in right away she knew (sorry I dont remember her name) immediately that all I need was a clean up not some crazy thin stuff. She marked out the shape that she would create I looked at it before to say yes or no we started then we waxed away. this is key if you dont like the shape tell them then and they will tweak to your whims which is sooo important.
Granted you are getting waxed in the middle of an ulta which could be embarassing but I needed a shaping so bad I could have cared less. No double dipping, I should have skipped the oil they place on your eyebrows for clean up but to be honest my skin is dry so its cool this time. Also I got a cute benefit bag as a special today. Also they give you a slip so you tip and pay upfront. overall I found My new place I will return I might even do my hair here.

The brow bar isn’t open on Mondays or Tuesdays at this location and they fail to mention that beforehand. Also, they have no knowledge to recommend other bar counters for their company or in their location. Lack of competence and customer service!

I am unable to endure brow waxes because of extremely sensitive skin, so I opted for a brow tweeze by Monique at the brow bar. She was extremely quick and did a fabulous job shaping my brows to a clean and natural shape. Additional points for doing exactly what I said (requested to keep my natural full brow) and not plucking them within an inch of their life like every other person who has ever done them. HIGHLY recommend!
