I called Butch (the owner) during the middle of the day when our ac started leaking. He was super friendly and helpful over the phone and was able to be at our house within 2 hours. He was very knowledgeable and was able to fix everything quickly and efficiently even double checking everything. Butch was able to give us a few pointers on things to do to prevent future leakage. Thank you Big Air of Texas for coming to our rescue… we will definitely be using you again in the future as well as passing your info along to anyone in need!
