I would give TK 5 stars because he is fabulous. The prices as others have mentioned are a little high here. The place is clean and pretty professional all considering. I loved my manicure from TK but my pedicure was just okay from another tech. I will come back to see TK but by appointment to make sure I get him. I agree again with other reviewers this place is okay but not in love enough to make it my one and only. My pedicure tech tried to upsell me to get a more expensive pedicure which is one of my pet peeves. I spent $ 40 on gel manicure and $ 30 on classic pedicure. Please management tell your techs not to upsell! After tip I was close to $ 100 for my visit so I don’t appreciate «suggestions» to upgrade the services I chose, I get it they want a bigger tip/​service — if you don’t want customers to chose Classic options then don’t offer them. The good rating is really just for TK he is awesome. I will come back just b/​c of him!

Great pedicure! Great color selection, massage chairs and professional/​knowledgable staff. Highly recommend if you need to get away and pamper yourself!

Horrible experience. I was looking so forward to a nice, relaxing pedicure and instead found myself shocked at the unprofessional and inexperienced staff. I came in with my daughter and immediately noticed that the water we were putting our feet in was freezing cold. The nail staff told me that they had done so many pedicures that day that they no longer had hot water. What? The ladies needed to fill large plastic jugs from the other side of the salon with hot water to add to the bowl. Within 2 minutes the water was cold again.
Our pedicure was actually ok (just ok) but paying the bill was another mess. I paid with my credit card, left a 20% tip (thinking the hot water issue was not the technicians fault) and sat back waiting for my nails to dry. Within a minute or two a woman working up at the front desk comes to me telling me that they had undercharged me by $ 5, and asked if I could pay the additional $$. My thought was… with the issue with the hot water, you really are going to come back for $ 5??? I Gave her the $ 5 and just wanted to get out of there.
Then, the owner of the shop comes over to see how we are doing. I told him everything and he proceeds to tell me that our technician is wrong, how they have an industrial hot water system and that there is no problem with the hot water in any part of his salon. He then said that my technician was inexperienced and simply didn’t know how to work the pedicure chair! I was shaking my head in disbelief. I think I would have preferred to know that they had run out of hot water! Either way, they either have a crappy water system or have idiots working. When I told him about being asked after the fact about paying the additional $ 5, he simply stated… «I’m sorry» and was done.
Caesars needs to take a closer look at how they train staff, treat customers, and make things right. This shop and specifically the owner needs to take a much harder look at how they treat customers. I would never go back. With the multitude of nail salons in the area, why visit such an unprofessional and lacking shop. It might look beautiful on the outside but it was truly a ugly place to do business.

Called and made an appt. for my youngest granddaughter and myself for much-​needed pedicures! we were running late so I called again to update them and push the appointment by 15 minutes due to holiday traffic. They were very gracious and thanked me for letting them know. When we arrived, they were essentially ready for us so we picked out our polish, we were offered beverages, and sat down for a few minutes to wait for our soaks to be ready. Shortly we were invited to take our places. The water was the perfect temperature so we both began-​soaking our feet. McKenna was getting the princess pedicure with an additional 10 minutes of massage per her request. As to her polish she chose white with black polkadots. I decided to allow her to pick my polish out that day and she chose a bright red for the holidays. I had heard a lot about gel polish and much of the good. One of the big benefits is that it is supposed to be longer-​lasting. The other benefit is the way it is tried with special equipment so it dries immediately. This could prove very important to me is I am forever messing up I fresh pedicure by wiggling my toes the wrong way during the drying process. We both had our toenails trimmed, filed, scrubbed. At that point a salty, lavender scented Scrub was applied which helped remove any dead skin cells as well as softening the legs
and feet. More massage with lotion and the feet and legs were feeling great! The application of the Gel polish was very similar to regular polish other than the drying process, so there was still a bottom coat and a topcoat along with a very bright red shiny polish perfect for the holidays! McKenna was enjoying her «Princess» pedicure also while sipping on a Sprite. We will see how the gel holds up and I was very happy there were no mishaps with the machine and my toes dried perfectly.
The only reason I did not rate this facility five stars was that I had asked them to turn the TV channel as there was a program on that was not appropriate for children and they did do it but only after I asked a second time so that was a little disappointing.

Service was decent, décor is okay. Went for a full set of sns, with an ombré effect. They assured that they could do ombré just like the picture, I asked multiple times. The shape came out great, the nail tech was so sweet, but it is far from what the picture I asked for looks like. In fact, it’s not even remotely ombré. Won’t be going back, wasn’t worth the $ 73. Unfortunately still looking for a salon that is capable of doing something besides plain set.

called and made an appointment for december 23^rd. the person on the phone was welcoming and accommodating. the appointment was for a full set, sns.
day of appointment, we were greeted immediately. no wait. beautiful place. very inviting. tk was amazing! he was patient and kind. very attentive. i wanted to try something new, shape and design wise, i’m glad i did! i was extremely pleased! i will absolutely go back and request tk when making an appointment.
my friend was not happy with her person and stated she was also going to make an appointment with tk next time.

I have very strong nails and they grow very well, but I’m not one to keep them painted or manicured. I had an event to attend and decided to get a full set of solar nails. Im very particular on how my nails are shaped. I showed Lisa a picture of how I wanted my nails shaped and she was spot on. I will be back to see her.

I have lived in North Austin for two years, but just recently went to Caesars. It has a nice interior, very nice staff and the manicure and pedicure I received were very good. I went from bear claws to happy human feet today!

This place is amazing! Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. I used to go to another nail salon but have officially been converted by this place.
Friendly service, gorgeous nails, new organic SNS nails that are AWESOME, complimentary drinks, and quick service if you plan ahead and schedule an appointment! This place gets busy quick, especially on the weekend, so it’s recommended to schedule an appointment ahead of time. I’ll definitely be returning often! :)

It’s a little pricey, and you need to be careful about who does your nails. What’s odd is that the lighting is really low in the area where the pedicure chairs are, so they use clip-​on lamps. It kind of scares me in terms of cuticle cutting. Good choice of polishes, tho I’m waiting for everywhere in Austin to offer cleaner polishes. In short, it’s not great enough for me to make this my one and only.

The manager here is rude. How can he go around yelling at the employees in front of the clients. I went here for a pedicure a month ago, there was an incident where the manager was yelling at the employee right in front of me. I’m pretty sure all the lady’s here are doing as much as they can to get the shop going. And I’ve notice a couple new people running the shop, I guess their new management. To me that’s very disrepectful and what kind of business where the manager yells at the employee in front of the shop. Especially when it’s a spa. After that incident, I wasn’t very relax at all.

Sooo it’s pamper day. I came to Austin to visit my boyfriend and his mother brought me here. She has been frequenting here for a while and rants and raves about the service and drinks. Yes I said drinks! Wine and Mimosas.
Our appt was for 10 am when they opened. It was a bit crazy and the colors that they had on display were nowhere to be found Turns out they ran out of the gel to match OPI Octoberfest nail polish the night before and they forgot to remove the display. Took about 20 minutes to figure all of this out and a begin to grow impatient. They asked me if I wanted another color about 3 times No, my mind didn’t change after the first 2 times you asked me…
Nonetheless, once the ball begin rolling Sarah and another young lady did my pedicure and manicure and did a superb job. Very kind and professional and the attention to detail is wonderful. I definitely will be coming back. Hopefully during the week when it’s less crowded but most nail shops are busy/​crowded on the weekend. Lol.

So, I wanted to give this salon a second shot. I did, and I will probably go again, but I’m still a little disappointed.
I went in for a pedicure this time that was supposed to last 45 minutes– perfect for my lunch period. Well, it lasted 1 hour and 45 minutes, so needless to say I was VERY late for work… strike 1.
The girl who worked on me this time, Khenny, was an absolutely sweetheart, easy to talk to, and did a great job– totally balanced out the insane time difference for me. I will just have to go NOT during my lunch break. She’s easily the best manicurist I’ve ever had.
I was offered a soda/​water/​something, but I have NEVER been told there’s a free margarita or wine!!! WHAT!!! That is SO SAD to know that BOTH times I have tried this salon, I wasn’t offered anything, and I didn’t even KNOW about the drinks. Maybe I look too young? I wish there was a sign, I would have loved something to wind down from my stressful day. :(
So, Khenny was a much better manicurist and provided a much better experience, but I’m still not 100% satisfied. I will probably give them one final shot next month, just to see how it goes, because the pedicure services are nice and unique– I’m just always lacking SOMETHING.

The first time I went to them, they charged me $ 15 for waxing my feet, which btw, was a 3 min. job of removing almost no hair. I hated them but then I consoled myself with the thought that they would not have charged me had I got my legs waxed too.
Today, I got my arms waxed and to my surprise (or shock), they charged me $ 8 for my knuckles. I have been to numberless salons and have never been charged separately for my hands. Do they even know how other salons price their services? Do they care for customer retention?
I guess not, because they are looting people in broad daylight.

I don’t get it. For the price tag, I should have experienced a wonderful visit. I had an appointment at lunch time (figured this was a good idea since I work in the Domain) and was pumped about having a highly reviewed salon near the office.
Arrived, was told by the owner to take a seat. Watched 3 women be escorted to nail techs as they walked in the door. Spoke up to owner, was told «Oh, we had a tech who was called to come get you but she didn’t show up» (My response was, this is not my issue, right?)
Gave me to a technician with the personality of a rattlesnake, who put so many coats of clear on for my shellac french manicure that my nails looked fake for the next ten days (how long it lasted before it began to chip). The techs next to my station took payment from their customers and walked it to the desk, mine pointed me there. So, clearly I got the bad one.
On the positive side, it’s a gorgeous shop and they’ll serve you all manner of adult beverages.
But, for $ 45, there should be no bad techs. I’m not going back.

Oh how things change…
Today I came into Caesars optimistic and wanting a relaxing experience and what I received was defiantly not that
During my pedicure the nail tech cut my foot pretty badly while exfoliating the dead skin off because of pure laziness and not paying attention. Once they were aware and saw my foot bleeding they rushed to help but that was about all they did expect laugh it off. The rest of my EXPENSIVE pedicure was uncomfortable, painful, tense and rushed.
***Also as a side note. The lady who did my nails was rushing me the entire time and didn’t seem to care how my nails turned out. After my nails were done (poorly) she literally ran over the another girl to do her nails… leaving me with a honestly gross looking manicure *****
After I asked the manager for a band-​aid and she saw what happened at first she was shocked and when I told her how I received it her and the lady at the front desk just kinda laughed it off and said ohhh like it is a common occurrence. It was not until I was walking out the door that the manager offered me a $ 15 gift card… I am happy she offered but my mani/​pedi was $ 60 and I don’t see myself coming back here ever again.

Today, I returned to Caesar’s Nails & Spa to get a pedicure/​manicure. As a person with a disability, I normally never have issues with manicures, but pedicures tend to be a big hairy deal. Most salons don’t have a separate bucket for my feet and turn me away. The two previous times I went to Caesar’s, there was a bucket. Both times I went in, was offered a beverage, was told to pick out my color, etc., so I didn’t think today would be any different. Well, it was.
It was busier because of Mother’s Day weekend, so the minute I entered the place they told me that they couldn’t accommodate the pedicure because I couldn’t get out of my wheelchair. I explained that they had the bucket and then a woman said, «Oh, okay, well it will be an hour.» She took my number. Over an hour later, no call. So I go inside and the woman looks annoyed as soon as she saw me. I was told by the receptionist that she tried to call twice. My phone had no missed calls.
A few minutes later, a guy appears and directs me over to this empty corner of the salon near no TVs, sinks, and says they’ll bring the bucket there. I felt like a second class citizen. I then politely asked to be relocated to the actual pedicure area, near the water, so they could freshen the water in the bucket. He look looked annoyed, but puts me in the back corner at an empty pedicure station and tells me to hang on. Then he disappears. He doesn’t ask me to pick a color, he didn’t offer me a drink (every other able bodied person gets this treatment) and after ten minutes of waiting, no one showed. So I left.
While I realize that a pedicure is a luxury, it sucks to feel like such a leper and to be treated like one. The first review I wrote for this establishment was full of compliments, but now, after today’s treatment, I realize that I must have been dreaming when I wrote my first review. I’ve never been so disappointed.

Upscale but not necessarily the best. Prices are high but service isn’t. Reflexology massage ended up being just a foot massage and a waste of money. I paid $ 50 for a pedicure but still had dry skin on my heels after they were finished. Sadly, we never received the free drinks that were advertised but I watched others sip theirs and they seemed to be enjoying it!
The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, and their massage chairs were amazing which bought them points but after that it wasn’t quite as pleasant as I had expected for the money that I spent.

I have vistied Caesar’s Nail & Spa a few time — got regular manicure a few time and a gel manicure once. They serve wine, margarita’s and tea/​coffee while you sit there… they also have a lot of TV’s all over the place — they really succeeded at making this a nice and relaxing experience. And everyone is very nice and they are great at accommodating last minute appointments. For one of them I called a few minutes before, got lost getting there, came in 15 minutes late and they apologized for not being able to sit me right away — poor me, had to wait for 10 – 15 minutes sipping my wine… ooohhhh… ;)
Except for one bad nail polish job, the quality has been very consistent and regular manicures last a few days (that’s typical for my nails, on the longer side) and gel lasted pretty much the longest compared to most other places (almost full two weeks!).
Now, people might argue they are on a $$$ side, but… I am from San Francisco, where all prices are 3X the norm, so seems reasonable, but double check!

My boss and I have come here the last few months for our pedis and I have to say the extra $ 5 is definitely worth it. The thing I love most is that they use new liners (and I think new drain covers or whatever the covers are covering) for each pedicure.
First walking in, the place is definitely a step up than other pedicures. It’s a classy setup. They could use some new polishes, but I always bring my own so that doesn’t really affect me. The magazines usually look pretty beat up too so I may need to start bringing my own reading material.
Besides that, they do great work and are very friendly. I can see us coming here for a while.
