Southern Style with an Upscale Twist and Wild Game. Farm to table, private parties, Upscale comfort food is what I would classify my food as. I believe any occasion deserves good food to be accompanied with good friends and family.

My love of entertaining and cooking, as well as a desire to make any occasion a beautiful one, has brought me to love what I do. Catering by Casie is my way of helping you accomplish your event in a way that makes you happy and provides you with not only a great meal but an outstanding event.

History

Established in 2010.

Started in 2010, with a passion for food and love for entertaining.

Eating is a part of life and essential, why shouldn’t it be good? This has become my philosophy and something that I incorporate not only for my clients but for my day to day life. My family never grows tired of finding out what is for dinner, and friends never tire of coming to my house to eat vs. going out.

This is such an honor to me, as I have always wanted a home that welcomes everyone, and being in the kitchen, making sure we are fed, and well-​fed has become a passion.

I am the owner of Catering by Casie and the chef. Cooking is something I have always loved to do. Entertaining and catering just fall in line with cooking and at the end of the day I get to do something I love. What a great opportunity!
